Hello, One of my members notified me saying that he/she can not edit any of their albums/pictures. Under "Image Tools" it only says "Set As My Profile Picture". How can I allow members to edit their own pictures?

Twitter rolled out a huge update and now my members can't copy and paste tweets on our board. It's a big deal for us because college football season is ramping up and the tweets from our program and players are flying right now. We've done the latest IPS upgrade to 4.4.5. It was working fine with the IPS update, but then Twitter broke it. Is anyone else having this issue? I don't want to submit a repair ticket because it's not really an IPS problem, but it will need to get fixed eventually, I suppose. Bleh.

Hi, my site works on newest version of forum (but this problem was visible earlier too). Loading of Unread Content stream is slow - especially on my admin account (it is much faster on test user account). The page with stream is slow regardless of how much content there is. This is the screen from openning page with Unread Content strem in case that there is no unread content: And there the same stream if I click "Mark site read" ealier: It works much faster, but after several visits there is same problem with slow loading. Hi Guys - I'm trying to find a way to find user accounts that have accessed the site from the same IP address. I know I can manually view users' IP addresses but I's love a plugin or something that will easily let me see if a user has "shared" an IP address with any other users. This certainly isn't a failsafe way of identifying people with multiple accounts, but it's one piece of a larger puzzle.

Hi again to Invision crew I have around 30.000 membrers in my community. I began to send Bulk Emails (newsletter) to little groups of members (500 members) to check the delivery, the bounces etc .... I noticed that 500 emails are sent in approx. 1 mn. It makes near 10 emails per second. Is there a way to REDUCE this velocity otherwise than by cutting recipients in small groups ? There are two reasons for this request : - IP reputation, of course : sending 30.000 emails per hour is not very good for IP reputation and the datacenter will probably do not like this also - Smoothing in time the affluence on the community. Hi all, Just want to double check that I'm not stupid. We have some popular boards within our forum that are not in line with our main subject (e.g. typical forum game topics or hobby topics). Our idea was to create one or more open clubs (Everyone can see the club and its posts, but only members can participate. Everyone can join.) to prevent general timeline pollution, In other words, keep the main activity stream close to the main forum subject and people can join a club if they want to participate in such side-subjects. Is there any way to organize Clubs on the Clubs index? My site has staff units (Executive Board, etc.) and also communities (Fighting Games Community, etc.) which are very different, but I am using the Clubs system for them. Could I organize them into two categories somehow?

I have sent various test emails to a number of my personal / work emails, and they are always marked as spam by Gmail. A number of people who are beta testing my site have confirmed similar experiences. We've all gone through many times and marked them as not spam, but they still go to spam. How can I ensure my emails are not counted as spam by Gmail and that they go into people's inboxes properly? I understand that I can add the account to my personal Gmail contacts to fix it for just me, but I am more concerned with end users not getting email.

Hi, I've noticed that i cant post or create anything as the text/content box doesn't appear as seen in the image below, i've tried a few things one being disabling all 3rd party applications and plugins, and reverting back to the standard theme however nothing seems to work, i have checked the permissions and can't see anything wrong. I only purchased this the other day. I have created a support ticket however i have heard back as of yet.

So we just started using pages with the forums and they are all installed in /forums like they have always been. We are migrating the old html content to pages and plan to make pages the default app and have a main page like Invision does. Before I break something and try to setup a .httacces rewrite to point the domain to use the /forums as the main url is this the correct way to do it and do I have to change the board url in the config file? I would like to convert my tables from MYISAM to InnoDB. I've run some tests using commands like this on each table: ALTER TABLE `table_nam` ENGINE=InnoDB; but some of my tables throw errors like this: Error SQL query: ALTER TABLE `ibf_core_widgets` ENGINE=InnoDB MySQL said: Documentation #1071 - Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes I was wondering if anyone has a workaround for this issue, or has developed a script that will handle such a conversion?

I have a custom field called information box. If you turn it on, in my Pages Database, a wiki-style info box appears. There are a few other custom fields -- topic spaces, quote content, quote author, etc. Ultimately, it makes this appear, floating to the right of the content area: However, all of those other fields are useless if the person disables the information box. With the box disabled, they do nothing. Because of this, I'm wondering -- is there any way I can make those custom fields disappear when someone disables the info box?

Hi, First of all, I use self-hosted plan, and has upgraded the forum to v4.4.5. In my ACP, I got a 'Emails Failing to Send' message, which give the following error info: First I checked the 'failedMailCount.1607bf77de.php' file on my server, I got no such file or directory info. Then I used support feature to clear the cache, the notification is still here. So I tried to click the resend button, I got 'A configuration or server error has occurred' error which also show the 'filesize(): stat failed for ..' just like the notification error. I feel like I'm totally blind but I cannot find a setting for actually showing members anywhere. I did turn of the streams for "new member signed on" functionality. Is this why I cannot find any members? The "member" search does not give result even though I know the members are there which makes it pretty hard for people to connect. If anyone understand the above please help!

I made a custom field call Information Box that is yes/no. In Pages I am using the following expression: {{if $record->customFieldDisplayByKey('info_box','display') == 1}} {{endif}} There is content inside the if statement. However, it does not display the content regardless of whether or not I turn the ticker on/off for an article. I am using the correct reference to the field and have been trying to get this to work for a few days now. How can I fix this? I am following the advice in the template syntax help guide.
