Invision Community 4.6 brings a brand new achievements system which overhauls the ranks system along with adding the ability to earn points which translates into a higher rank via rules. As part of the clean-up, we removed the custom member title from the author section of the post as there's a limit to how much information we can show comfortably! Of course, some communities used custom member titles and wish to continue using them. Fortunately it's easy enough to get them back. Hi, since upgrading to the latest version I have a problem with the display of dates in my case only on pages. Hello, I think I may have identified a situation where referrers are not attributed during checkout. Prerequisites.. * Nexus set to "Force users to make a purchase when registering?". * Using Stripe gateway. * Have referrals configured Issue (I think?)... In Core, Referrals are logged and through an "onCreateAccount" MemberSync hook. It looks for the "referred_by" cookie in the request. However when using Stripe, our member accounts are created during the webhook request from Stripe - so the customers cookie is not present in the request, and the referral is not logged for the member. Hello, we're heavily using the upcoming events block and experiencing an issue. Depending on the user's timezone events are disappearing too early / too late. Most of our users are in Germany and events disappear 2 hours before the actual time (GMT+2) Is this a known issue? Anything we can change from our side? I have the Member statistics on the main menu of the forum however it does not update. It says the last time a member joined was april. however it was actually yesterday. how do I fix this to update like once an hour or something?

[Bug on IPS site] After the update yesterday when I land on the forum index I constantly see this but as soon as I click to all activity or into a topic my name appears and I am logged in. This behavior is consistent on two different computers.

Hello all, Something curious which is not immediately evident to me why this is the case. We have a few subscription packages to choose from, in the subscription settings we allow users to Upgrade or Downgrade their subscription package. As per the below screenshot. I thought everything was working fine, having not checked it (My bad)I had someone comment that when they visit the subscription page, there is no choice to upgrade nor downgrade. The below is an example of a our subscription page, on this page (Logged in as another user), I would expect to see the Upgrade/Downgrade buttons. What have I missed ? Thanks, P

So after spending hours fixing a PHP issue I broke it again. So i noticed in the admin console there was an optional update to apply. I went through the usual process and it failed halfway through. Now i am at the point where it says a particular file is broken and to either download the file from the my client area or the whole install from the same place and upload to the server. Well i did that but its still not working. I tried going to the admin upgrade as the site suggested and its still showing I have an issue with one of the files. Any ideas how i can get round this?

We have the following issue we would like to address. Some of the support desk emails that come to Invision Community Support Requests come from our internal email address but they contain a "reply to" address of the user. For example, these types of requests come from support@company.com but the reply to email address is user1@gmail.com. The support system picks up the user as support@company.com. Thus replying to the request does not end up in the user's email box. Is it possible to pick up the reply-to email address and add it to the CC field or make it the primary address that our reps can reply to?

We have been self hosted for a very long time. Our site was built around html for the longest time. My content guy has moved around 99% of the content to use pages in the forum. That being said there are still images used in pages that are outside the main forum folder. Would those get moved to the cloud and into the database or forum file structure during a move to the cloud? We are currently hosted with GoDaddy and have been running into resource limits that make our site give errors. Is there a way to view inside the Blog Entry Feed only those blogs related to the blog I'm in? Is there a way to change the Checked Default Search Option on the Front Page? Currently it is set to "Pages" which doesn't return any search results. On other pages the default is Topics or This Forum. On the Front Page I would like it to either Default to "Everywhere" or "Topics". Is there anyway to change this?

Hi I clicked on the proposed update as always. I think it was from 4.7.0 to 4.7.1? Anyway, in the admin page it told me it needs to fix something in db and I proceeded with that.
