I did try to get assistance on Hive Talk https://talk.communityhive.com/topic/64-hive-e-mails-not-updating-even-though-hive-site-updates/ but the place seems abandoned. If I visit the Community Hive website, articles and posts from my site appear in a timely fashion. The e-mail I receive, however, only sends me stuff from Oct/Nov 2023. The daily e-mail seems to be the same few posts/articles over and over again each week. My Hive e-mail today has nothing from my site for the last 2 days though I've been actively posting and it's on the CommunityHive website.

I have self hosted Invision Community v4.5.4.2. Now, I'm trying to upgrade to the latest version, got these messages in my dashboard: I realize that my server configuration is outdated but it meets requirements of currently installed version. So, when I tried to upgrade initially I got this message: Then I decided to clone my server with installed forum to be able to play around with php and db versions, but after I changed php version to 8.0 the forum completely stopped responding with 504 error, probably because of issues with back compatibility of php 7.1 and php 8.0. Hi, I have a site that only has 11 Posts that I primarily use as a website for viewing with no interaction with members, I don't take members. But my hosting company contacted me to tell me that the Database is unusually large of 14gb. Is there anything I can do to possibly clean this up?

Hi, I'm having an issue. I have a very low traffic site and I'm having Easy Post do my physical shipping in my store. In 1 month I got charged $100 for 6 physical items shipped. When I contact them they're telling me below I'm getting charged on these "Rating calls". What is this, is it caused by bots? I have a very low traffic site like I said, it's dedicated to a small industry trade.

The template parameters for "nexus > global > forms > businessAddress" are the following: $name, $value, $googleApiKey, $minimize=FALSE, $requireFullAddress=TRUE, $htmlId=NULLs, $vat=FALSE The $htmlId parameter wrongly uses NULLs (extra s at the end) instead of NULL.

The Image Feed on the Sidebar needs a page refresh to make the images display. Click on my site (below), and then look at the right block "Random Images". You will see the image files names appear without the image being displayed. Refresh the page and then the images will appear. This seemed to happen after the last patch. My Site Here

Hi, I am using a pages database to store member applications in my gaming clan. We log Epic and Steam IDs in a Text type field. Is there anyway of making this field searchable on the database frontend on the website? Right now if a steam 64ID is stored in the field there is no way of easily searching the database for that ID.

I noticed a bug where month names are not translated on front-end even though phrases are set to translate them. I even changed browser language and that did not change anything (though its not a solution by any means). My community has only one language and it's not English. I care not for any other languages. I need a solution to display it the language that is set by translation locale permanently.

I noticed a bug on multiple browsers where phrases which are indeed translated do not show up on the front-end. All of that happens in pop-ups. This for example happens in Gallery when uploading new images.

updated to 4.7.15 yesterday. Had issues installing from PC as i kept getting this : i then went to mobile and was able to complete the upgrade. Then i got this message showing : went then to the PHP8 Compatibility Scanner and it showed me this : so then like a good person i went to my Applications and tried to uninstall the mentioned Apps... but then i got this to show for it : over and over again . I am currently in the process of developing custom profile field to store members' Facebook profile and Facebook group links information. While the implementation of these fields is straightforward, I am trying to enforce a restriction wherein only specific URL leading to Facebook is accepted by the field. I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically fix entries when a member only puts in a Facebook handle without the full URL. I want it to add the necessary parts to create a proper link. Hello, a user of one of my forums contacted me because the board was probably no longer accessible. When I accessed the page, it initially appeared normal. After logging in, I only received an error message from the browser: The page cannot currently process the request; HTTP ERROR 500 I then tried to log into the ACP directly via ./forum/admin. The login is still displayed to me, but after entering the password I only get the message: I have to admit, I'm a bit at a loss now. Last week I updated all three of my forums to the latest version. Hi All! One of my student told me she was not receiving any notification for a Topic she follows (it was working fine previously). I tested with a test account and I am not receiving any notification either. Any idea why it's (not) happening? PS: I'm wondering if it has something to do with the whole Gmail / Yahoo compliance thinggy. Are Invision's notification emails all verified SPF, DKIM, DMARC.

I am trying to view the content posted by a user. I go to his profile page and see that he has 9 posts. I click "See their activity" and see "Everything posted by Veryspeed" and zero content listed there. If I google the member's name on my site I can find some of the users's posts.
