tested resetting passwords due to a large number of the same complaints within an hour password links saying they are invalid. There is no errors in the logs and the link does go to the correct place with a correct key, but just gives the same error even on accounts with admin access.

Hi, We've experienced an intermittent problem for a long time now. It seems so random and we just can't get to the bottom of it. Users complain that they are experiencing either being logged out of the community even though they are logged in. They often say that they experience a warning saying' you do not have permission' - again randomly to just some areas of the forum, sometimes just their own posts or responses but they can access posts by other members. Hello, I have a problem with icons on the forum. Squares appeared everywhere after changing the forum domain. I reset and assigned a new link in ClientArea and cleared the cache in the help panel. Anyone have an idea?

When I try to upgrade my site, I get this "There are no applications available to upgrade" error. I still get the upgrade banner on the site though. My sites frequently have issues updating. Last time Jim M had to do something behind the scenes. Could an Invision support person help me, please?

Hi folks, My host (who i'll leave nameless) was migrating some data and we didn't have full backups of the forums beforehand but have had new content since so don't want to ask them to restore that from the old source and overwrite but in the process, I've been stuck with an announcement that still has a banner showing, but does not offer me a way to remove it (I have looked in ModCP at announcements and it is not listed. Our site is served from www.brfcs.com and also just plain brfcs.com ... this causes an issue for a few users with the sheer size of some of the cookies that advertisers set (it's the consent ones mainly, they're massive! Can I set `COOKIE_DOMAIN` in my constant.php to force the domain to always be just `brfcs.com` ? The www subdomain should pick up it's cookies from that too shouldn't it?

* I searched for a resolution to this and only found one Topic that was never followed up on or resolved. My apologies if I missed something, Since my daughter got an iPhone 15 all the photos she texts me will only upload and post as black on my Board. (I typically save those photos to my iPhone 7 photo gallery and access them from there.) They upload but appear as black boxes as the thumbnail and when posted. It’s only her iPhone. I don't know if it's been reported, I have looked and searched but the issue is quite strange. It reminds if the time the guest message about the cookies showed, even if you signed in - it never seemed like you were. If I goto the forums index, I get greeted by the guest message. I sign in, I'm redirected to the homepage. I look back on the forum's index, I see guest stuff. However, I noticed I am actually signed in everywhere else and, I'm able to post this. I should have made it clear, I'm referring to the IPS site.
