Possible bug. The POST does work for most of the input I'm passing, but failing under certain cases. Would prefer to PM the details as it's a specific case that is not working and I'm not really sure what is causing it, so best to provide the actual REST POST data and the subsequent query being created by the IPS software that is failing (as seen in the System Logs). Will also provide a working case for comparison.

Hello, Credit card transactions through PayPal goes in manual approval status. Is their anyway, it can be auto approve? I can't find the setting for it and in past PayPal has IPN set up or something? Any help appreciated. - Thanks.

Hi, one of my users is using an iPad and has reported there is no Reply box at the bottom of any threads. I use a custom theme but I switched him to the default theme in case it was a theme issue but he says the problem is still there. If he switches to his phone he is able to reply as the options are there. Is this a known issue or do you have any suggestions? Thanks again, Rob

Most of the time, notifications are close to real time. If someone posts something, I get a notification within a few seconds. For the past few days I've started having some notifications (on this site as well as on my site) be delayed, for example this past one was about an hour late:

In the file /system/File/Amazon.php inside the function deleteContainer() this code is executed when adding a new delete task to delete the files in a bucket folder (container): /* Turn on task */ \IPS\Db::i()->update( 'core_tasks', array( 'enabled' => 1 ), array( '`key`=?', 's3_delete' ) ); The problem is that the task's key is not s3_delete but s3Delete (no space + capitalized). When adding an announcement it's possible to select an ending date before the starting date. When that happens that announcement will never show. Example: Start date: 26 March End date: 7 March (instead of 7 April) When adding/editing an announcement, it should throw an error if the end date comes before the starting one.

One of the challenges when managing an online forum is to make sure people get properly notified when their question receives an answer. Too often, notification emails are considered as spam and blocked before the recipient has a chance to see them. It's frustrating to keep hearing that some members had no idea someone had answered a question they'd posted on my site, which unfortunately happens on a regular basis. Hi, I try to create a block (in Pages) sort by Last updated date but the block doesn't work. Maybe I missed something (especially since I don't see anyone talking about it) but if I edit a record (regardless of the modified field) the block is not updated (If I change the title, content or anything else the record doesn't go to the top). Can you confirm to me that there is indeed a problem with this? Or maybe sorting by last update doesn't work as I think ?

Hello, I updated to the latest version 4.7.16 today. But after the update, the editor no longer works. When I try to click on the reply box or the reply button, the editor does not open. I have also noticed in the backend that all editor fields are simply displayed as an empty box (without content). How can I fix this problem?

When prospective Members click on "Sign Up" and fill out the form that appears and press "Create My Account," nothing happens. My Message Board was able to accept new Members up until just a couple of weeks ago. Can anyone help with this? **Self Hosted Community** Hi all, Recently, I've been getting several emails from new members saying they did not receive their access. As always, I reply asking if they've searched into all their folders (spams...). And each time, they say they've looked and there's nothing nowhere. So I did the test myself with a gmail email address and... no automatic access email nowhere. PS: I did not seem to have this kind of problem before the Google and Yahoo DMARC mess but maybe it is a completely different reason.

I do not get any email notifications from this site, neither support tickets. The email address is valid and in use daily. I do get notifications from accounts@invisionpower.com but not from noreply@invisionpower.com or support@invisionpower.com Can you please check, if email in my account is somehow blacklisted in your system? Hello, suddenly we have a problem setting the thumbnail covers in the video gallery and no error is returned. It's simply no longer possible to set the thumbnail images, but the video, itself, is correctly playable by members of our community. The previous uploaded thumbnails are still there and they're all visible. The problem did not exist before the latest update 4.7.16 (update which ran without any issues). If you go to this link, clicking page 1 in the pagination does not do anything at all. you can go to other pages, but it requires a full redirect, not a smooth content replace with javascript. Scroll down a bit before clicking, and notice how you'll end up on top of the page afterwards. https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/497-technical-problems/page/3/ This will only happen if the forum you view have a sub-forum.
