Sometimes, an anchor link to a specific post (generated by clicking on the date of a post) doesn't work as expected. For example you post that anchor link in a post in the thread, and when clicked, it takes you to the first post in the thread rather than the specific post you linked to. The weird part is that this issue occurs only when you post the anchor link inside a post in the thread. If you paste the link in the URL field of the browser and press Return then that same link does take you to the correct post. Has anyone noticed that?

I deleted some 2FA security questions and now users are reporting problems updating to one of the new 2FA questions. They are seeing the 2FA prompt (see attached image) and cannot enter anything in. Normally, after multiple failed attempts this would then send an email with a link to reset 2FA and use another question. Because there is nothing that can be entered they can't fail to login and/ or reset their 2FA via email. From AdminCP I see the deleted 2FA fields similar to, "security_question_1", "security_question_2" and so on. I make the assumption this is not the intended action and could be a bug? Ted.

Today I tested the Sign Up process for my community on the PWA on my iPhone 13 and noticed the following: The hCaptcha frame overflows on the right hand side. Clicking Terms of Use pops up an empty Registration Terms bubble with no content, only an X to close it. Clicking Privacy Policy takes me to my Privacy Policy page with no way to go back to the Sign Up form other than having to click the hamburger menu again and clicking the green Sign Up button again.

Hi. I'm trying to understand why my IP address was banned from my Invision hosted website a couple of hours ago. The account is not banned, nor did I ban the IP address. I could gain access via a VPN, which is far from ideal (less reliable and slow). I could access the AdminCP without using the VPN. I also note that I could access here without the VPN. Eventually, I found that the ban was set by the API (stated as the 'Reason') - I deleted the entry and access was restored. But I remain puzzled by this. Will it happen again? I understand that we are on the last legs of shipping being supported. If it is still supported until stricken from the code base, my members are reporting an issue with an available shipping rate ($0 free, pick up at meeting) not displaying for them at checkout. I've verified this for a couple accounts. Other accounts seem fine. The trouble accounts appear to have valid primary addresses in the system and I've tried opening up the rate availability to ALL, worldwide, but they are only shown domestic and international rates from my setup. Unfortunately for us as a real-world club we do use shipping regularly for club related items 😞

Hi all, I woulded make an upgrade from 4.6.7 to 4.7.18. Unfortunatly the system wasn't able to perform the auto-update; I've downloaded the files from my client area. Uploaded trought FTP (just as info, i've an other name on my CP_Directory... for this reason I've changed the information on the init.php file). Hello I think commerce fraud rules are broken. I had a transaction that came back with a 99% risk score from maxmind, but was approved anyway, despite the second rule in my anti-fraud rule set being to refuse any transaction with a score greater than 55%.

My adminCP is broken I get something went wrong error. Cant connect to chatroom. Been along time since I fired up my server. Changed my ISP and my SSL cert is expired. I installed with SSL activated. I run a Virtual Host redirected to port 443 and when I try to run index.php InvBoard wont load. If I turn off redirect and use port 80 it loads but stuffs broken. Is there a way to reconfigure my IP address without adminCP and give that a try first while I work on getting a Cert? On top of that my mail server is broken and cant receive an e-mail to verify my domain. I'm getting close to having that working.

I created a document in Word and it has a header at the top. I copied and pasted that into a post and now I have to leave a couple of lines at the top blank because they are still formatted as a header. I've added the "remove formatting" button to my large toolbar and it won't remove the formatting of those lines. It seems to work on the rest of the text, but not those two lines. I'm probably doing something wrong, but I'd like to know what that is 'cause someone on my forum will ask some day and I should know. Oh yes, the post is here.

There is no such problem in my other site's SMF forum, but in my invision forum, visitors appear to be on other IPs because of cloudflare. How can we bypass this? I need to see the visitor's IP directly. That's why there was a problem with payment integrations.

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with the report form in my Invision Community. Specifically, the radio buttons for selecting the report type do not appear on the report form. I've checked the report settings in the Admin Control Panel, and everything appears to be configured correctly. I've deleted and created all the report types again with no luck. Steps I Have Taken So Far: Verified the configuration of report types in the Admin Control Panel. Checked for JavaScript errors, and none relevant to this issue were found. For course quizzes you can globally set a "Passing Score" which can be any number greater or equal 0. But how does that affect the course quizzes? Our course quizzes usually have like 5 to 15 questions and we score 1 point per question. So the users can get between 5 and 15 point. I want them do pass the quiz if they answer 75% of the questions correctly. So I've set the "passing score" to 75 but I don't know if that's the way it's meant to be, because it says "score" not "percentage" and the users can't even get 75 points if he answers 100% correct. Also It would be hard to make all the quizzes in a way that all answers always sum up to the exact same tota…
