When I attempt to turn on Manifest support, I get an error saying that the URL cannot be found: However, the URL definitely exists as it's the most commonly visited URL on our website, showing the Latest Activity stream. I would assume that it would be possible to use the Latest Activity stream as the custom Start URL as this is the URL that makes the most logical sense out of any URL on the entire platform. What could be causing this to happen? (I've used the exact format mentioned in the description)

Hello, I'm trying to post here because my invision hosted forum has been down for over a week now and every attempt to request help from support@invisionpower.com is not being answered. What method am I supposed to use to get my forum back up and running? This is far too long with no response/help to get my forum up and running again.

When an ajax modal popup is loaded, and it contains pagination, changing the page changes also the browser tab's URL, but closing it doesn't restore the original URL. You easily can verify the issue on this site by viewing a file with at least 2 pages of logged downloads. Hello, I have never gotten bulk email to work for my community. Maybe like a year ago I tried it and it would spam my members with unlimited emails. But now when I try it, it does nothing. It says sent to 0 members. I just deleted a bulk email I created over a month ago and It has been sitting to start. I am on invision in the cloud.

Hello. As the title says: can I disable all theme blocks at once? I dont mind having to edit the database, if it is necessary. Also, I dont mind losing the content of the blocks, or anything. Why (if you need to know): Recently, I had a "urgent" matter that made me remove a specific text from all blocks forum-wide, but since the blocks are independent between board index/forum category/topic, etc... this created a problem, since some of them were removed and some werent. Just to be safe, I want to remove/disable all blocks and them add one by one again.

Hello all, I have the problem that I am missing 1000 megabytes of data, which our users have been uploading to the community (in the download-section) over the last months/years or so. I could not find out what the reason is, neither via the admin/moderator logs, nor via the Deleted Content area. Does anyone have any idea what else this can be due to? The category was also not touched, as far as i know. Only user roles were adjusted. Could a deleted user be the cause, due to files being linked to users? Greetings.

I have 2 questions about setting up the forum: 1) Is it possible to automatically compress a Jpeg picture to 5 MB if the user wants to upload a picture larger than 5 MB? And is it possible to show a preview of BMP and PSD files? 2) On the forum, I post interisting links with files located on Google Drive, is it possible to make it so that until the user registers on the forum, he does not see these links?

Dear Everyone Does anybody know how I can fix this JS render-blocking problem? Please have a look at the screenshot: It's in German but it says "Remove Unused Javascript" on top. And then, the problematic JS files seem to be root_framework.j, root_library.js and plupload.full.min.js. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Have a nice Sunday! Cheers.

After setting up crons job with my hosting, then trying the third party options none of these options worked. I contacted my hosting provider and am still having the same issues popping up someone please help. I contact support here they don’t wanna help either. After paying money for this script you think email support would be better.

Hi, We are running a community on the Cloud platform. One of our Administrators deleted all our blogs by mistake - is it possible for Invision support ro restore our database/community to a time before they were deleted to restore them ? If so, how do we request/arrange this ? Thanks in advance !

Dont matter what URL the user tries to access the forum, the page is always xxx.com/register/?do=validating with the message: "Your account does not require validation" Theres no restrictions to the user account. This only affects ONE user. Dont know what else to do.

Hello. I'm running into an issue with the Gallery. When I click a thumbnail from either the gallery or widget, it takes me to the gallery page instead of launching LightBox. When I click the arrows on the carousel, it reloads the whole page instead of sliding the image. If I click the image from the gallery, the LightBox finally opens, but it's missing the sidebar with information and comments. I updated to the latest version yesterday, hoping that would fix it. The default light theme is brand new (4.7.9). I cleared the cache. I've also tried the basic theme (available to the admin as Vanilla 4.7.9). I've also tried disabling pl…

Hello IPS, In Dark Mode the quote looks a bit wrong. Happens for long time, always forgetting to report. Quote Panel color could be better in Dark Mode + text could be visible at all 🙂
