Hello, Each time I perform update of Commence, the "On Hold" becomes available to customer. I set it back to be used my staff only, perform Commerce update and it is becomes available to customer again.

Hi, I'm way overdue in upgrading my site. Trying to upgrade from v 4 to the latest. Tried to do it on my own from my ACP but received the error message "There was an error downloading the files to your server. Please download the update and upload the files to your server, or contact us for assistance." I then tried downloading the zip install package but running into error "you attempted to upload a folder" from within my cpanel file manager. The frontend of my site is now giving a site inaccessible due to upgrade message and my site admin panel pages are now giving a page not found error. Don't know where to start / what to do next. Hi, I wonder if anyone could help, I have searched the forum but could not find anyone with this problem. I am brand new to the Invision software so still learning. It seems that after the recent upgrade, the change from PHP7 to PHP8 disabled the "Member Map" third-party extension. Luckily the author provided a new extension called "Commuity Map" which provides the same functionality. I have successfully installed that so to the user the system is fine. However, I now find I cannot uninstall the old "Member Map" extension. I'm currently unable to use MFA as a result of it claiming I have failed authentication too many times (see screenshot) even though entering the correct code as per Google Authenticator. You appear to require an admin to reset this, so can you please do so, or advise how long I will need to wait to be able to try again?

I have been trying to get rid of this pesky error for a while now... Hello, I have the user with id=2330 who bought a monthly subscription and then upgraded to an annual subscription. Now his annual subscription has expired and he has no active subscription, instead the main group assignment has changed from annual to monthly. So the user has access to the paid content and he hasn't an active subscription. It is a serious flaw in the management of permissions and accesses since it changes the group to the previous state without taking into account that the previous subscription is no longer active. Now this user only can renew to the annual subscription, haven't the monthly subcription option to change it. Can you check it…

I want to move from self-hosted to Community in the Cloud with a new project I am working on. But I am forced to use self-hosted, because 90% of the platform is gatekept behind higher pay... Why use Community in the Cloud, when self-hosting gives us the whole platform? Also, the marketplace is going away... This is heartbreaking and makes me want to jump ship to a different vendor. Hello, I've been using Stripe for years without any problems until now. But I've just noticed today that when I tried to add a new Stripe payment method (like Apple Pay, Giropay etc), It shows this error on my Dashboard. "There is not a webhook set up or it does not have all required event types enabled. I have created a custom block (WYSIWYG) with some text. The block looks different depending on where I place it with Block Manager. In Forums, it has a white background: In Pages, it does not have a white background Questions: Is it possible to create a WYSIWYG-Block that looks the same on every page? Is it possible to remove the white background on the block, when placed in Forums? I need a solution without custom CSS (the blocks will be added by the community manager without CSS knowledge). A custom plugin is not possible as this is a Starter cloud package, where custom plugins are not allowed.

When adding a Date Field to a database that stores revisions, the comparison shows the timestamp rather than a formatted date. Here's an example: A revision showing the above doesn't help, especially if the user doesn't know that that "weird number" is actually a timestamp. A formatted date using the member's locale should be shown instead, including the time if the field option is enabled.
