I'm trying to update to the latest software version, but it keeps telling me I need to fix my database by running these queries: UPDATE `ibf_core_output_cache` SET `cache_expire`=0 WHERE `cache_expire` IS NULL; ALTER TABLE `ibf_core_output_cache` DROP INDEX `cache_expire`, CHANGE COLUMN `cache_expire` `cache_expire` INT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 COMMENT 'Unix timestamp of when the cache expires', ADD KEY `cache_expire` (`cache_expire`); I tried running the queries manually. But when I click "Check Again" it just displays the same message. I tried clicking "Fix Automatically", but that doesn't work either. Still displays that message. How can I get past this?

I have a category that has fluid view enabled. All forums in that category have default sorting set to Start Date. Still, the default sorting on the Category remains "Recently Updated" How can I change the default sorting and force the reset to that sorting for users? Steve K.

Since the upgrade we did, going from ICS 4.6.8 to 4.6.10 and then 4.7.10, on May 15, we noticed that new registrations appear 3 times in the Member list, and upon checking the database, the same is actually true for the core_members table itself. IOW, since the upgrade, every new member registration creates 3 new members with exactly the same data. Any idea what is going on here? Thank you in advance. Kind regards, Wim

I've tested this on a local install of v4.7.10 with no add-ons to eliminate any issues with my live site. Is this a bug? To repeat the error, add a checkbox set to the member profile. Set some options for this field on a member. Create a Bulk Mail and set the filter to match one of the options. Press Save and I get this error when the expected result is it should find the member.

I am trying to add a new version of a file and delete the currently uploaded file, replacing it with a URL. When trying to use the "Add files by URL" button the "linked files" text box is disabled (not sure why, I have permission to do this). If I inspect element the page and re-enable the textbox and insert the URL upon saving the file I am greeted with the following error. So I already have the core installed previously and then purchased the Pages application, downloaded the full zip file, uploaded all the files and then crickets, the pages application is still locked so no idea how to unlock, or what files to even upload separately if that even is an option. So what exactly am I looking for in the ZIP file just in case the pages application isn't even in there?

Hi IPS Staff, have a unique issue concerning Copy to Database feature via Pages/CMS. If I use this feature more than once in a row (i.e. I use Copy to Database on a forum topic to post a 'News' database record, then immediately use Copy to Database on a different forum topic to post a different/new 'News' database record), any uploaded images I added to the first story is automatically added to the Upload Files drawer space. These image/s do not have any relevance to the new database record I'm working on, so I click the 'X' to remove the image from the drawer... but what happens then is that it DELETES the image upload entirely from the first database rec…

I have 6 users in a security group, that can access a restricted sub forum. I add two more users in and they are unable to view the forum. The security group correctly shows them and a count of 8 members. We have updated everything across our install. I have cleared the cache. Struggling to make sense of what should be a simple action.
