A well established and pinned thread has disappeared from the General Discussion portion of our forum, where it was located. It does not come up when searched either. How is this possible? I know that I did nothing to this thread, I discovered it had vanished when I went to post on it this afternoon. To my knowledge, no one else on the forum could have done anything to it either. Where could this thread have gone? Is it recoverable? Have we been compromised? Help Please and Thank You breezy

My site appears to have crashed after initiating an update? Google chrome will not load the website, even in incognito mode. Mic Edge browser loads the main page screen. I then click Login to get in and immediately am met with the error 500 Both screen shots of error message are pasted below. I am not even sure how to proceed? www.thehunterslair.com

Hello team, We have been using the archive function for a long time and it has always worked well. However, since the beginning we have never changed the settings for the filter. Today, however, we have changed the settings from >15 years to >12 years, so three more years should be archived. The problem now is that since this change the archive function no longer archives. The cron job runs through without doing any action. If you unarchive an already archived topic from the archive, it works. You can then change someting in the thread. Posted this on Feedback Forum and got crickets. Actually I know why. The powers that be at IPB eliminated, removed, took away that Hot/Active Topic Block from lower tier plans at the most recent software update. Maybe it was in the Update info, I don’t know, but it came as a shock and disappointment to me and the Members of my nearly 23 year old Board/Discussion Form….which converted to IPB in 2016. I contacted Support and apparently this Block was removed from the Plan I am on. A similar “Trending Now” Block is available on other Plans. Starting at $250/month. That would put me out of the Discussion Forum business. This is a blow to my long term communit…

Blogs in clubs are missing categories when I try and browse via the admin cp I wanted to rename a category that is assigned to my DevOps club but I am unable to see the categories and instead this is what I see I cleared cache on site Tried a different browser than chrome Out of ideas.. any guidance is most appreciated.

I've a couple of 'Promoted Items' that aren't showing up in the 'Manage Promoted Items' section of my Admin Settings – so I can't delete them. Others I can but a couple seem to be stuck as they don't show up on the 'Manage' list. (Don't know why, but there you go.) My question is: If I delete the entries directly in the database (via table: _core_social_promote) – will it crash/cause errors on my site? Many thanks from any who know.

So, recently we enabled the option for members on our site to upgrade subscriptions from a lower tier to a higher tier; However, it seems that when a member purchases a subscription then upgrades to another subscription package; Where the subscriptions both change primary groups, upon the upgraded tier expiring the customer retains the previous subscription package role.. I'm not sure if this in intended behaviour; Or an issue specifically on our end.

The Google Search Console is showing that only two of my pages are being indexed -- 11,400 pages are not. The main reasons are Page with Redirect and Blocked by robots.txt. But in my configuration I have Invision Community Optimized checked for the Crawl Management setting. I'm not sure how to get this working. Thanks.

If you've entered venues with addresses and then enable Google Maps integration, maps don't display for the venues. If you resave the venue (even without edits), a map will display.

Hello, I am having an issue with the event calendar for recurring events in the 'overview' view. I have a biweekly recurring event (February 13th and 27th). When I first open the calendar for the current month it only shows the 13th event: After I switch to another month, e.g. March, and then switch back to February the calendar will show the second event: Is it possible to configure the calendar for showing both events? Thank you!

I'm trying to upgrade my InvisionCommunity forum from version 4.4.2 to 4.7.18, but I'm encountering issues with PHP compatibility. When I switch to PHP 8.1 (which is required for 4.7.18), my forum stops working, and I can't access the admin/upgrade page. On the other hand, without switching to PHP 8.1, I can't proceed with the upgrade. I'm stuck and unsure how to move forward with this upgrade. What steps should I take to successfully update from 4.4.2 to 4.7.18? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I haven't changed anything in the admin area other than editing theme files nightly to rotate advertisements and I have not applied the latest update, so I don't know why it's doing this. So out of the blue when I go to edit a theme it comes back with an error, "This theme file could not be saved". So I tried making a new theme with no parent and it also throws an error when trying to edit.

Hi, When I try searching for a domain, the search goes on for several minutes, eventually timing out and returning a 504 error. I have the system defaulted to 'all terms, but otherwise uses default settings. This has been going on for at least two days. It is possible that it is connected with the latest update.
