Hi, I'm trying to set up a simple course as a guide, so I'm testing the quiz as this will be an important aspect, but the "Retake Quiz" is not working for me. I have set the retake option in the settings. It is essential to my course structure that those enrolled will be able to retake the quiz until 100% is achieved. Any help is appreciated. Alex

Hi, we've just updated to the latest version and are having problems with updating the status of reports. It changes initially, but then reverts back to new report regardless of what's chosen. We've tried with all addons/themes disabled etc and have uploaded a fresh set of files, but still have the same issue, so it looks a lot like a bug.

Hi, since yesterday we're seeing this error when trying to access reports: SELECT * FROM `reportmsg_messages` ORDER BY msg_position Table '[dbname].reportmsg_messages' doesn't exist We've not made any manual database changes or anything, so are quite concerned as to what is happening and what may have caused it.

We offer membership as a product. One year term, can renew automatically if payment method permits and member enables. Sometimes a membership expires and the member can't renew: it's possible to view the expired product in the store, but not possible to purchase or renew. Option to allow users to purchase more than one is off. This has happened for years over many releases.

Just a FYI... It was just noticed that with the upgrade to 4.7.19, the Topic Summary setting was defaulted to the Sidebar. This happened even though, prior to upgrade, it was set to show, "Under the first post." Resetting the setting to the preferred option does work though. Doesn't seem like an upgrade should be resetting a setting already customized.

Over the past few months we have seen an uptick of users reaching out via our contact form and stating that they are unable to complete the Question & Answer challenge. The questions we ask are very simple. Ex: "What is the third letter of the 5th word in this sentence." to which the answer is of course t or T. The users almost always provide the answers in the contact email to us for all of the questions, the language in the emails do not lend themselves to be spam related, and when testing ourselves, we are able to create accounts and successfully complete the security challenge. Email error log when sending a bulk email fills up with errors which includes every so often the below message Amazon SES, SMTP Error Response: 421 Connection closed by server. Hi all, I am pretty certain this is new behaviour. Apologies - I am uncertain of the correct term to describe it. Virtually any content in Invision v4 (I have not tested in v5), a blinking pipe appears within any or next to ant text I have I clicked on near. It also appears next to images. Hi I have been getting these errors in my error log files Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. On a forum I am admin on we are getting a number of users just posting a link to X / Blue sky and not adding any context to what they are sharing. We are wondering if there is any way to implement a set number of letters/words in a post that contains a link. I.e. stopping people posting a link with no comment on it. Grateful for any guidance

Very suddenly after the last upgrade all my community downloads (i.e. via the Downloads app) are dead. Upon clicking "Download File", I get a white screen simply saying: { "code": "not_found", "message": "File with such name does not exist.", "status": 404 } Nothing has changed here - all the files are hosting on Amazon S3 bucket but I'm wracking my brains as to why suddenly they're all broken?
