I'm trying to upgrade but I allways receive the same error: UPDATE `core_output_cache` SET `cache_expire`=0 WHERE `cache_expire` IS NULL; ALTER TABLE `core_output_cache` DROP INDEX `cache_expire`, CHANGE COLUMN `cache_expire` `cache_expire` INT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 COMMENT 'Unix timestamp of when the cache expires', ADD KEY `cache_expire` (`cache_expire`); I did it but the error doesn't dissapear and I cannot go forward Anny ideas? Even upgradin mannualy doe'nt work because when I try to download the following message appears: Problems during creation of Your download pachage

Hi IPS Staff, have a unique issue concerning Copy to Database feature via Pages/CMS. If I use this feature more than once in a row (i.e. I use Copy to Database on a forum topic to post a 'News' database record, then immediately use Copy to Database on a different forum topic to post a different/new 'News' database record), any uploaded images I added to the first story is automatically added to the Upload Files drawer space. These image/s do not have any relevance to the new database record I'm working on, so I click the 'X' to remove the image from the drawer... but what happens then is that it DELETES the image upload entirely from the first database rec…

I have 6 users in a security group, that can access a restricted sub forum. I add two more users in and they are unable to view the forum. The security group correctly shows them and a count of 8 members. We have updated everything across our install. I have cleared the cache. Struggling to make sense of what should be a simple action. Basically doesn't appear to be working, had one uploaded for a long time, figured I would remove and upload again. It threw this error: 2S119/1 The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information. On returning to the manifest page the image was there so not sure what that's about. When force closing the web app, re opening, still no launch image, just a white screen for a second or two before the forum loads in. Not a major issue, but would be nice if it could be looked into as these little touches make me feel a tiny bit happier about things.

I have setup a test product as I begin to create our online community store. I chose Stripe as our payment method and have the correct/live secret, publishing and webhook details saved but when processing a payment the below message appears. 'There was an error processing the payment. Please try a different payment method or contact us for assistance.' When trying to purchase the test product I key in all the card details correctly and yes I do have the funds 😂 but it fails each time. The stripe account is in live mode and everything verified. Hello. I just upgraded to v4.7.10. I'm excited to try out the Courses feature, however, it isn't showing up in my Community tab. Do I need to turn it on somewhere? (I renamed Clubs to Groups in the language file, so that's what that is)

Hello, I am trying to send a bulk mail, however there is one profile field that gives an error when I leave it empty and I don't know why as it doesn't differentiate from other field. hello I have a problem with the session/cookies (I think)? If I'm logged in on PC and log in on my phone it logs me out and then I get banned for 15 minutes for having the wrong password (it's good...). In addition, I often get the error "This site cant be reached" when someone tries to create a new thread

Because my members can not on the site but in the clubs they can submit the number of files they want and I can not find settings preventing this feature in the clubs if it exists, can you tell me where ? Good morning, I noticed that when I updated to 4.7.10 and then updated my skin. It looks like updating the parent them doesn't update the version number of the child theme in the database, causing the child theme to look outdated.
