  1. So ideally we could have data drawn in from the member record to populate a list of those joining an event. I don't have hope that this will happen, though I can dream. Something that would be easily done would be to enable an option for a link to a page (external or internal) where you'd be taken upon joining an event. That page could be a signup form, a waiver, or additional info about the event.
  2. Thinking more on this...what if there were a Zapier trigger for someone joins an event? We could then create a row on a Google sheet with fields from the member file. One sheet per event.
  3. We require more info from someone joining one of our events, and now use Google forms to collect it...just indicating that you're going on the event isn't enough. We'd like to use the event signup more, but this means folks have to join in two places. Could event signup collect more info or link to an external form?
  4. David's right. Confusing as is, easy to improve.
  5. That was my suspicion. Thanks.
  6. Yes, but that would be sent both to those who need to renew manually and those who have automatic renewal, and would be confusing. I was hoping to distinguish between them.
  7. In a product, custom emails may be enabled and edited for a few circumstances. Is it possible to customize the email about automatic payment referenced on the custom emails page?
  8. I don't see mention of a fix in 4.17.6. I trust work continues.
  9. Understood. Yes, seems to be the same problem. Again, if I can help or test, do ask.
  10. Understood. Your syntax in your first response was unclear...are you asking that we allow developers access? They should already have. Let me know what else I can do to help.
  11. To clarify, they're weekly events. Only the first instance appears in overview in Events or in Recurring Events view in block on a page.
  12. Same in a recurring events block used in a page...only the first of a series of recurring events is displayed.
  13. We see only the first recurring event of the month in the overview. If we switch months we still see the first one that month. Monthly calendar view is correct.
  14. We define our product as a normal product but not a physical product. We then can set a stock level to limit the number attending. It's physical products (things to be shipped) that are being deprecated, so it seems we should still be OK.
  15. This could be useful to us. We sell attendance to events as a product, but there's no linkage between the event and the product. In our case, we have just 9 or so events over a three-month period, so it's doable to set up the 9 products. If one could purchase a place at the event it would be more attractive and manageable. Even if you could just tie indicating attendance at an event to purchase, that would help us (but probably not the original poster).
