Hi in the old ipb 3.4 there used to be a hook made by a third party that you could archive and save all your private messages and send them to an email address. does anyone know of a plugin for 4.3 ? that's you can archive and save private messages and email them to your mail address or download them thank you

Hello all and Happy New Year, I would like to ask whether it is feasible to show at the topic feed the user that posted last at the specific thread, rather than the original author of the thread. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like I can change that from the default settings of the block. Thanks in advance for your input.

Hello friends, when I try to create a topic in any of the forums, i see blank page. ( Please see attached files. ) I do these actions on behalf of the Administrator account. If I disable friendly URLs then everything works as expected. Forum hosting on my dedicated server and WAF (for example mod_security) is not installed on it, iptables is also disabled. I do not have an installed solution that can interfere with the execution of any request. I configured just LAMP ( Linux Debian 9.6, Apache 2.4, MySQL [ Version: 10.1.37-MariaDB-0+deb9u1, innodb_version: 5.6.41-84.1], PHP 7.3 ). Can anyone help with this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone. Here's the deal. I want to buy Downloads and Gallery, but! I have a Forum, which is on a payed server. I want to setup a local server (I have very fast connecion) on which would I put all my images or documents to Downloads and Gallery. Is it possible? If yes, how? I hope you understand what I want. I already have Forum, but I wanna add Downloads and Gallery, to the same Forum script, but on a different server! Oh, and can Gallery NOT imprint watermarks on photos? Hey, I'm testing this on my 2 boards and it seems there is an issue with the Clubs Sort Function.. You can select a "Sort by" but as soon as you click page 2 or whatever number it is no longer sorted. Is this the same for everyone else? Maybe an oversight by the devs?

I have been fighting this for months and I just can't seem to get it cleaned out. After a few days my system files show as modified and google will list the site as possibly hacked. Looks like its injecting some code into search results pimping cialis pills. Honestly at this point I think I need a professional to take a look but not sure where to turn. Not looking for free help just someone with experience.

Hi! Some members of my community ask me if it could be possible to use their own domain name for their blog, that are hosted on my Invision installation. It seems really tricky, but do you think it could be possible with IPS? I can of course edit my DNS to use their domain, but a lot of things need to be done on the Invision side... If you have any ideas, or if you have already done something like this, don't hesitate to share! Thank you!

Hi all, we're running latest power board v4.3.6 and encountered some issue with applying moderation rules, which IMHO can be classified as a bug. Would be great if this behaviour can be confirmed by others. What is going on? We have separate moderators-groups with rules applied on board basis. In other words, separate moderators per board. It turns out that if you change moderations rules in [AdminCP] ... &app=core&module=staff&controller=moderators that some settings are applied site-wide, outside their boards. Hi community friends! I was searching for a way to make custom fields in a thread. Years ago, I used MyBB and they have a nice plugin called "Xthreads". With Xthreads I could totally change the way a forum display looked. (See url below for examples) http://mybbhacks.zingaburga.com/showthread.php?tid=559 Is there a way to accomplish the same with IPS? I know that IPS utilizes databases - and I think this is something I can do with databases but I'm not 100% sure. As far as I understand, databases are separate to the forums and in the Xthread case - it was part of the forums just heavily customized.

Is there anyway to stop images showing in quotes. The reason I ask is that we often have members quoting a post then others quoting the quoted post and so on. With images included it gets messy and slow.

Hi Guys - I'm looking or hosted ElasticSearch options and have looked at the elastic.co recommended Swiftype plan, but I would love a service that would enable me to just plugin the URL and port into the ACP (see screenshot). Siftype requires code entered into the templates. I can do it but would rather not. Any recommendations for hosted ElasticSearch?
