Just wondering if anyone has successfully converted back to 3.4 from 4.1? Ive spent to many sleepless nights fixing problems with plugins and the general lack of plugins is starting to get quite frustrating, upgrading to the latest version is seriously a massive regret for me.

This seems to have happened after the last update. Users can add items to the cart but cannot proceed at Shipping. The Continue to Order Review > button is no longer clickable. You are basically stuck here. I have not made any changes to store or payment settings. Any suggestions?

We recently did a test migration from vBulletin 4.2.2 to IP 4.1.5.2, which we were able to complete successfully as far as we can tell. We are now trying to update to the latest version 4.1.8. However, when running the upgrade, it will stop at "Cleaning up tags (Converted so far: 0 out of 0)" and no further progress is made. This was tested on different computers and browsers. We also tried to start the upgrade from the beginning but still face the same behavior. Help regarding this matter is much appreciated.

I think I found a missing index. This query is taking very long and is used to load a users profile page. SELECT DISTINCT index_item_index_id FROM `core_search_index` WHERE ( index_item_index_id IN(66076,66076,1381,66076,66076,66076,66076,66076,84087,66076,66076,84087,3960,3960,84100,83341,81824,83988,83951,51662,83990,82887,82887,84029,82887) ) AND index_author=250 It takes about 15 seconds to get any data. So I added a test index to the core_search_index including index_item_index_id and index_author. Improved the speed of the query to about 0-0.2 seconds. Is this index really missing? Or is it some other kind of problem?

Where are all these used? Just so I have an idea if the icons are necessary or not. For example the Status box is a bit crowded so I want to remove some buttons from the Small toolbar but this might effect another screen they are useful in. Thanks in advance.

I want to have my VIP members to set their own title without the cunt content items. So if members get VIP when at 50 posts or under or higher I want to have option for them to edit the title and other groups aren't in VIP don't get to edit.

According to IPS's migration tool, VB 4.x supports 301 redirects during the migration process. My questions are: 1) Are these for the "friendly" URL's I'm currently using or just the basic vBulletin URL structure that I'm not using (IOW, is it going to only 301 redirect links that I don't even use?) 2) Do I need to set/develop my new IPS FURL structure before or after migration?

I have a few questions about gallery videos: - how can they be downloaded by the members? We have just swapped from vBulletin to IPS in the last couple of days. I am finding it increasingly difficult (and time consuming) to find answers to questions the members are shooting at me on problems and questions. I thought I would list some here just in case someone has come across it and found a solution. I've been searching here and googling but unless I can come up with the right phrase it's not giving me what I need? when you click in a post and then the members info is on the right hand side under a round circle picture (for eg) is there any way to customise what information is shown here. Hello, I've just bought IP.S (Board + Pages) and I'd like to import my data from Burning Board 4.1. So I installed the Converter in my IP.S 4.1 and tried to import and convert my data, but there is no option for Burning Board. In this thread, @Charlie said that it is possible to move and they created an importer. Does someone know where to find it? Cheers, jacboy

I think my members are the dumbest on the planet. When uploading images they are using attachments to insert the image they THINK they are uploading to a gallery album. They also do this when attempting to insert a video link in @Mike John's Videos application -- they put the video link in the editor instead of in the Video URL field. Ugghhh. Is there a way I can remove the Insert other media button from the editor there?
