every time that I delete an emoticon in the PDA page continues to refresh the page and I have to delete an emoticon at a time. there is the possibility not to load the page each time? or otherwise to put a checbox near the X and make multiple selection? sorry for the bad english Emoticons_delete_every_refresh_ips4.avi

Hi, I am using a Motorola Moto G 2nd Gen. as my primary mobile device of course I really like to browse the IPS forums with this. Cause this is a HD device, it should be able to display retina smilies (as it does in the blog here), but in the forums, it doesn't. In the second screenshot taken from the blog you could definetly see the retina smilies. Does anyone have this issue, too?

When adding links to topics or posts on signatures, the platform converts the links to the "preview mode", as shown in the attached screenshot. This, however, pollutes our forums. We suggest that future versions it would have a switch to enable/disable the "topic/post preview mode" in signatures.

The point of using "Insert existing attachment" is so you don't have to reupload, and you are displaying (sharing) an already uploaded image. Great for users and server space as well. In 3.4 this worked as intended. In 4.1 it is simply recreating/renaming the image as a duplicate! So why try to get our users to use this, to save our server space, when it is broken? This is a bug but marked "Future". I think it needs a little more attention, so posting in Feedback. "Future" sounds like it was put on the back burner. Here's the bug, thanks.

May of missed how to do this but I do not see it if it is there. I'd like to see the ability in commerce to have an additional option for guests to see chosen products but not be able to purchase them. The reason for this is you may want a guest to see a product but not be able to purchase it until they have purchased something else. For example I sell skins and skinzpacz. I want a user to of purchased a skinz before they are allowed to get a skinzpacz since our skinzpacz are made for our themes only. Saying a certain user group can't see a product is good but there's not enough flexibility here I feel. Regards

After communicating with the InvisionPower support team, it seems it is not possible to filter REST API requests by time. For example, it cannot be set up to "get all posts made in the last 5 minutes" or something similar. Is it possible this could be added into InvisionPower's implementation of REST API? If so, how quickly? Thanks.

The Activity stream is always showing for all member groups (also guests can see it). If you know the link, the stream is always showing .../index.php?/discover/ Solution: Permissions per stream. The new 4.X gallery is certainly improved, however, there's one feature that makes it difficult for serious gallery users and publishers alike - how descriptions are handled after the images are uploaded. ^ In gallery for 4.X, you upload your images via drag and dropping and are then greeted with a beautiful post interface. ^ After you upload your images though, you have to enter the description of each photo one at a time, which negates cutting and pasting of similar descriptions. You can scroll up and drown via the photo strip on the left to cut/paste descriptions, however, when you select a photo there's a time delay as the new page loads. …

I use post embeds like quotes because you can't quote cross-topic (or it's really hard with this editor) but it is similar to quoting, for example someone asked about the post stats issue, Lindy answered someone in another topic so I posted the embed. It actually works better than a quote as it's easier to click to it than the arrow on the quote box, but it serves the same purpose in many cases. Could there be a new setting similar to being quoted, to be notified when a post is shared? In this case, if Lindy had it on, he'd receive a notification. Also if someone shares your topic because it is informative it would be great in general to be notified, …

Since there is the logical bug in the Commerce applictation when the cart is emptied during the checkout process if the checkout was cancelled by the customer or if there was the connection problem, and IPS support does not consider this the bug in the bug tracker, I am offering the new feature: Add to Favorites. The customer will be adble to add the product to the special Favorites folder in his control panel for the consequent review and purchase.

As it stands, when remote images are posted they're displayed at full width rather than at the max image display size set in the control panel. Would it be possible to have them adhere to this setting so they act in the same way as uploaded images?

Just to tell that Facebook have a oEmbed endpoint since the last week, so IPS 4.1 might use that for the embed of facebook posts. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/oembed-endpoints Actually many people experience half posts in Facebook embed, so this might fix that.

Hello, as I came from Burning Board, there are a few features, that I loved there and it would be very cool if you can make a few of this in the next release of IP.S. With Burning Board 4.1 / Community Framework 2.1 WoltLab introcuded a notices system can provides the possibility to create notes and alerts for specific areas of the site (like create thread form, informations about an older support section, etc.) Are there any plans to implement this or any other users that would love to see this feature in IP.S? I'd like to see blocks placement in pages databases act like forums, Gallery, Blog etc... For example, if I stick a block on my forum index the block doesn't appear anywhere else after the index whether it be in a sidebar or main location. This allows us to define our forum index page pretty well without the follow through of it showing everywhere else after you click into categories posts etc... This same function should appear for databases imo. We should be able to define our database index without it rolling over into the rest of the database pages. This is especially important for sites that use the articles/news database or similar. If I create a links database…

I have two members who changed their email addresses to fictitious ones (to avoid the once-weekly digest emails they get, I suppose?) and they show up in the Validating Members list, correctly, as "Member has not yet responded to email change validation email." The question I have… will their email addresses revert back if they don't respond within the 30 day window I have set to respond? Is there a way to do this manually? Have I lost their previous email altogether? Obviously I'd prefer to have their valid address, but to simply disable any subscriptions or whatnot they might have.

Would it be possible for some changes to be made to the Post/Topic Feed block? I would have a stab myself but not sure where to start. 1. Topic Feed: Ability to show the last post per topic, and highlight the topic if it has unread posts. At the moment it shows the topic author/time. 2. Post Feed: Ability to limit which posts to show by post author. At the moment it has a "Topic author" but i would prefer if it is possible to have a "Post author". Thanks for reading!

Using the Custom CSS, I increased the avatar/profile picture size to 125px. It worked nicely, but I noticed the Gravatar's are now fuzzy. After investigating the issue, it appears the Gravatar's are being requested using the default size of 80x80, so of course, they are going to be blurred. So I visited the Gravatar website and found this information for developers http://en.gravatar.com/site/implement/images/ Is it possible you could add this setting to the Admin panel, so we could adjust the size of the requested Gravatar. If not, could please you tell me what file controls the Gravatar requests, so I can perhaps modify it myself. Thank you in adv…

I noticed there is a live sales chat popup on the main website, will this become available in future versions of Commerce? I am currently looking into 3rd party solutions but would rather not use 3rd party apps and keep everything stock.
