Hi, The following is related to Pages, and possibly other applications too. From what I can see when clicking on a tag within a page, the search results are sorted by record_saved field rather than the record_publish_date field, which would be more logical. This becomes an issue for example when you need to backdate content. Suggestion: Sort the content by the publish date rather than the date the record is saved, and use the record_publish_date field when presenting the date on the search results page. The number of the page in databases in Pages is not applied to the title. Google complains on Webmaster Tools of duplicated title related to this. Please, add page number in the title of paginated pages in Pages.

Like the subject says, is there a way to Reassign Post Author OR Manually Edit Time Stamp of a post? In this specific example, I'd like it to be for replies within a thread. At first blush, the only thing I can think of is editing the database but I'd rather not mess with that part if I don't have to.

I wish that that it was possible to assign multiple categories to items. This includes photos uploaded to a gallery, pages database items, and file downloads. This would be similar to the way members can be parts of separate groups. What's the benefit of allowing assignment of material to multiple categories? I will use examples from my aviation related community. Gallery - Someone uploads a picture that is a beautiful aerial shot of his Grob motorglider. Hello I notice that I am only allowed to use Amazon S3 as my third party storage. But I find out that Amazon S3 is quite expensive to use especially in a high traffic community. Since there are many third party object storage service out there, it would be nice to be allowed to to use them too. Currently, there is a solution for this by using this plugins: https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/8767-s3-compatible-downloads/ However, there is a problem with this plugins as it marked all of my private files as public. I am hoping the next invision powerboard updates will fully support S3 Object Storage from any third party service provider.

For some reason I don't seem to be able to post in virtually any forum anymore, so I'm going to post here instead even though it's not 100% relevant.... I already have one copy of Invision Community. I'd like to get a second copy, or potentially even transfer my first over to a different website and use it there instead. However, before I do so I need to know some things. Currently, my own site is using an MVC setup very similar structurally to that of IPB 3, and my current forum is deeply integrated in with my website, including authentication. Many/most of my members have valuable information in their signatures but on mobile most sites default to it being off (they are way too long on that view). This leads to issues where important information isn't visible or when a member says "see / check my signature for more info" people can't. What about a small button to just expand signatures on mobile but keep them collapsed by default? This seems like the best compromise to maintain visual clutter on mobile but allow them to be viewed as needed (easily) right in the thread.

Will Invision Community 4.4 include CKEditor 5? If not, then I would like the font size button and text alignment button to be like in CKEditor 5. 1. Font size: This button looks better on the toolbar. The list of options is simple, concise and convenient. In addition, it will not allow users to make the font size too small or too large. 2. Text alignment: This button takes up less space on the toolbar, and it is more convenient to use it in the editor on a smartphone, for example.

Hello, I don't know if right now let me do this, or this will be a NEW REQUEST OF FEATURE 1. Add custom fields to Complete profile, after user fills it with 100% completion, automatically send request for approval by admins or moderators. Once approved by admins, the user automatically adds to a specific secondary group. 2. The custom fields can be set by admins as viewable or not, and modifiable or not by user.

Hi there, I've had several members reach out and ask why there isn't a "save as draft" feature for topics. It's a good question to be honest. Some members want to put together a long, thoughtful topic about an anniversary for something coming up, for example, but they have to do it in Google docs. It's a little bit of a hassle. It'd be great if members could save drafts before publishing. Thoughts?

Hi, it would be great if in the next version of the software Paypal Smart Payment Buttons can be integrated instead of the old Paypal Checkout. Hi guys, I've finally had a chance to poke around 4.0 (Beta 6), and was wondering about the possibility of adding Custom Input Validation to custom fields in Commerce (specifically regex), similar to how it is available in custom fields for Pages? e.g. - When creating a new custom field, select Text as the field type, and a new option for Custom Input Validation appears where you can enter the validation criteria. Currently you have the ability to ignore someone's posts and ignore someone's personal conversations. I believe if you ignore someone in personal conversations, they can't send you one. What I would like to see is a couple options to expand the ignore posting part. 1) An option to forbid a user from posting in your topics. 2) An option to either completely hide a post from view (as in no "This user has posted. Do you want to see it anyway?"), or make it much more condensed. The purpose of ignoring a particular user is that you get annoyed by their posts. Similarly to how you can change permissions for the Online User List so it can only be viewed by certain groups and be hidden for guests for instance, You should be able to have a similar permission setting for both the Member Statistics and Forum Statistics blocks so you can show those to only the groups you want to, So, I'd like to request that feature be added in the future.

Hello, I would like to suggest a field to extend current menu manager functionality. Now, when you add external link it is possible to define only the text and URL, rest is being wrapped behind. What if we would like to add extra attributes to open the link in popup window or add nofollow? I've been waiting 3 days for a domain change to begin, the communication hasn't been great. I haven't been give any time frame so I'm just left without any idea as to whats going on. I have been told that there's a tech issue but that's about it. Don't get me wrong I think what Invision provides is great but I'm supposed to be launching a site and I cant even get my domain pointed and have no idea whats going on and its pretty frustrating. Can anyone give me some insight into this?
