Zend opcache is now packaged with PHP5.5 . However IPS4 doesnt have an option to choose this ! It only has the below. Any suggestion? I tried installing APC but looks like its not supported on PHP 5.5 and thats when I read opcache is now there by default! Hi sorry couldn't delete this post.. I have finally managed to get the right size 1200 width I am trying to put a header image uploaded into where the logo should go. I have to say I have no idea how the templates are created or edited but I am willing to learn. I was told that no documentation is ready yet and to ask you is the only option I am left. May be it will be a difficult start but I want to add record image to the defauld record feed. Any suggestion where to start ( a document or an example ) is highly appreciated

Hello, I am just about moving from shared hosting to VPS, most of the issues are in control but cannot get the hang of file permissions. In Shared hosting I never had this issue, but on VPS , i run into not write permission, or your do not have permission to do that, unless i chmod to 777. Any cheat sheet to get a hang of this quick ? A group may be ? group permission i am missing ?

not sure if its bug or not which is why im asking users here if your conversions of non western symbols went fine? my problem i have several japanese posts and i made sure to select utf8 conversion that supports foreign symbols. but once the upgrade has been completed everything messed up. all japanese posts were converted to nonsense symbols

In IPB 3.4.* I've coded a simple file that would get a user id from $_GET, and if a transaction did occur successfully, it would change the member to another group. However, I was not able to find documentation yet about how to use the IPS library externally here: http://community.invisionpower.com/4docs/advanced-usage/development/ Has anyone already done anything like this with v4? The script is very simple and should be very easy to translate I guess.

Upgraded to 4.0.1 and since then the youtube embedding has stopped working, I even copied the embed code of a working video (which still displays in the topic) into a new topic and it just pastes the code <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/VeNCpTjuGuc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> - thats the code, doesn't work post updgrade

If you upgraded your server in a VM envoiroment and then move the Database to the actual server , how do you update the absolute path of the forum install to set it up correctly? IPS4 seems to be asking for the VM path and not automatically updating to the new path

I added a digital ocean FTP as storage method, then i selected them all as main storage. Then in the process, it got stuck moving the files and still is stuck. Lots of stuff is broken and half of the process isnt done, the background process is stuck.. Anyone know what I can do? I submitted a critical ticket, but critical doesn't seem to make much difference. Luckily i can access the admin panel, barely.. when i click run manually, its kinda stuck looping @ "Processing MoveFiles - filestorage__core_Theme - 4 / 4"

This is a bit of show stopper for me if it's a bug, but perhaps I am going something wrong. I have the following 1. Articles - Category - Tennis 2. Page - Tennis 3. Drop in Record Feed Block with Articles Selected 4. Can't select Tennis Category in Articles. I want a Tennis landing page that shows Twitter, Forum Posts, Latest Articles ect... Is this how the Records Feed block should be used? Is there a reason you can't put more than one on a page?
