It says I need to contact live chat or technical team, is there another way or is that the only way? If it say how do I change it to my personal domain, please step by step or how do I get this done?

I would assume based on this text you are an IPS-hosted client. In which case, yes, you'll need to submit a ticket to the hosting department, they will need to reference your new name server on the server side of things, that manual work is unavoidable. If I am incorrect in this assumption, as above, please clarify.
