I'm setting up the rest API, and I just simply can't access it. It says "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.", I thought this was odd and checked my link to my forums. I went one step further and tried /core/hello directly and received the same error. I suspect it's my .htaccess. What do I need to add to my .htaccess to allow this to work? Additionally, I had to use the second option in the documentation as the hosting doesn't allow header authentication.

Hello all! I currently run a game on my forum and have a group of volunteer staff that help run the site. I was looking for a way to reward the extra active + helpful volunteers on my site to help give back to those that help us out the most. I was wondering if there is a way to get stats on a member's number of new content added to a specific sub forum (as oppose to the entire board). Ideally I would like stats that show the top member contributions in a given window of time (last month?) in a particular subforum. The idea being that the member who is the most active posting in the subforums can be identified and highlighted as a superb contributor. I am willin…

I can't find an option to download records from a database in ACP (cloud version). When I go to download database page, it says records won't be included. I'm looking for a way to download all the records so I can sort them by user. And/or get a count on how many database records they've made (not posts). Thanks in advance if anyone can help. Ben

Hi all, I've tried switching to the more modern grid layout for forums, but the sidebar 'protrudes' out on the right of the page beyond the end of the header. It happens with both the default IPS theme and my own. Is it a known bug? Many thanks.

Hello, I wonder if this can be made via SQL query and if someone can help me out with it. In the near future I may need to assign a secondary group to all members of a particular primary group. For example I'll need to assign group 13 as a secondary one to all members who have group 6 as their primary one for example. So, they keep group 6 as their primary and get group 13 as a secondary one. Is it possible?

After upgrading to 4.3.3, if I click on the + Create button and select "Article in xxxxxx", it will give me an error saying "Something went wrong. Please try again". If I click on status, announcement or topic, it will work without any issues. It is only when I click on "Article in xxxx" that I get the error. Oddly enough, if I click on the "Add new article" button on the homepage, it will work. It is only giving me this error via the "+ Create" button on the top menu. I have already cleared cache and I'm only using the default, stock theme until I can get this fixed. Anyone run into this?

Hey, im using S3 to store all pictures and attachements uploaded. Im not sure about the rest of the settings, since i dont really know what they are doing/storing and in what way im helping my server to perform better. Ive read into but most of the things arent updated. Any suggestions to what i should definitly put on S3 and what not?

Hello, I just converted from XF 1.5.20 and in that installation we used the prefixes feature but those no longer exist in IPS. However it brought with it the prefixes of XenForo as shown here http://prntscr.com/jqdrpm Is there a way to massively remove prefixes that were from XenForo?

Hi everyone, is there a way to slow down bulk emails sending rate? I have a community with over 30000 members and in 3 minutes it sent 15000 emails... i think sparkpost or email filters will hate this. My question is... how can it be slowed down? Like 200 emails per day would be fine and would avoid me getting headaches with email filters blacklisting my email address. Regards

Hello all! I just recently joined Invision Cloud, and have started migrating content from a phpBB 3.2 forum. The initial migration data import seemed to go well and it pulled over the content seemingly without issue (100k+ posts, 50k+ PMs). There were some formatting issues with the posts, but those seem to be resolving as the background processes go through the rebuilding process. However, the background processes (rebuilding posts, PMs, etc.) seem like they are going to take at least another day or two before completion. In fact, a few of them seem to be stalled for the last hour or so (posts have been rebuilding for the last 5 hours, and it is still at only …

I want to use my Forum Login System to allow my Desktop App to login with Forum Logins. This way users Register on my Forum, Download my App, Login to my App with their Forum Username/Email and Password and they automatically get logged in. In a pages database I have created 5 custom fields, each containing rating values from 1-10 and where the first key has no value in. Now I want to have the average overall rating calculated. "Field required" are set to no, so it's possible that only 2 values need to be calculated (or 3, 4 or 5).
