Hello, We recently migrated a medium-size community (> 3M messages) to IPS 4.4. However, we started to have huge load spikes on the database server, leading to huge queue of queries being processed, and awful loading times by the user-side. Hi, When I share a post from our forum to Twitter, our forum icon appears instead of the topic image, (see attachment) can someone please advise why this is happening and what I need to do to fix the problem, when I scroll to the bottom of a topic on the forum I am clicking the twitter button which links then to our Twitter account but I cannot work out why the topic image is not appearing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

With translating to Dutch this: react_blurb %s {!# [?:reacted]} to this The word reacted should be different depending if one or more people reacted on it. I suppose this can't be done, while there is no provision made for that? Thats because in English there is no difference.

The release notes state the following: New Server Requirements: PHP 7.1.0 or higher required (7.3.x now supported). MySQL 5.5.3 or higher requires (5.6.2 recommended). My site is running PHP 7.2.15 and MySQL 5.5.5-10.3.13-MariaDB. I realize MySQL 5.5.5 meets the min requirement, but what is the MariaDB equivalent of 5.6.2 (recommend MySQL version)?

We have a couple different categories of forums that I'd like to break out into top level navigation items. Does anyone know if it's possible to make these tabs active (instead of the primary "forums" tab) in navigation when someone is visiting those specific categories (or a forum within them)?

Hello. Is anybody else experiencing issues with screenshots of themes in the marketplace? I just found this topic: So I clicked on it and had a look, it's showing and the thumbnails are also showing. But when clicking on the thumbmail, the bigger screenshot window only gives a broken image. Hello! I found this a little confusing that like icon is in red color. Support tell me that this is Fontawsome, and background color can be changed in theme editor (i guess CSS). But I looked there half an hour with no luck. Can somebody help me find where I can change it? Thanks!

So was using the pages directory for a basic directory, though then switched over to an excellent company directory plugin which just works better. Now I have a different tast I want to do and wondering if database can do it. 1. Will have a record for each town in the state. 2. Want to create basic questionnaire for members to fill out. Database would take a few of those questions, say # of days, and then in the record display the "average number of days" as reported by the users. Even better if can do all time average, 1 year average, etc. Any ideas? Thanks!

In the past hour or so, I have not been able to reach the AdminCP for my site. I am getting a "502 Bad Gateway" response. The rest of the site seems fine, it's just the AdminCP (on a cloud account). Is anyone else seeing this? (Thursday, 8:45 a.m. Eastern)

I had my hosting company move the site to a VPS server last night. Site is now down completely and I get this when I try to browse to the index. [an error occurred while processing this directive] When I try to go to admin page I get .. I tried searching the forum here for "bulk email not started" but was on page 15 without finding anything about it. I created a bulk mail to send to all my members, but for some reason it hasn't even sent 1 yet. I remember back in the day on the older versions of ipb you would have to manually run the job/process. I can't seem to find any such setting now. Does anyone know why the bulk mail could be stuck on "not started"? Am i doing something wrong? is there a manual start button on some other page that i cant see? thanks

So I got the API key and it works, but I hit the limit at like 5 gifs or some small number. The production key requires you do stuff like upload a video of using it? That seems like it is for someone who is developing an app. Am I missing something?

Facebook deactivated our login app due to the app failing when Facebook users try and Sign-up. They sent us a video showing the failure. The error to the user is "Something went wrong.
