Anyone ever have an issue with loading certain forums within your community? It only happens when I'm logged in. It takes FOREVER to load a couple of forums, while everyone else isn't having the problem AND I can load them as a guest. Doesn't make any sense to me. I've cleared cookies, tried different browsers (Chrome and IE on my computer, even Safari on my phone), logged in as someone else, etc. Help!!!

4.4.4 In the example above the two names are the wrong way round as well as the sentence not even making sense. The sentence should say "Lait Choco replied to Bagel Bong's topic in X" Is this a known bug or is it likely that one of my plugins is causing this issue?

I used to use disallowed links under posting settings to hold posts for moderation when they contained tweets from certain accounts we consider to be troll accounts, but it’s no longer working when the content is embedded, only if a link is not embedded. (See screenshot) Is there anyway to include embedded content again? With Invision 3.x, there was an option for the admin to receive an email when a user email validated their account and still required manual approval. This seems to be gone in Invision 4.x. Am I missing something? I still manually validate members to cut down on spammers, as automated tools still allow spammers to get through. Thank you, ..Al

I'm running 4.4.4, I'm seeing emoticons are loading from HTTP instead of HTTPS in the Messenger. They seem to load over HTTPS in forum posts, though. Is anyone else seeing this? How can I fix this so they are always loading over https? Guessing these are being loaded for the editor. Also looks like one isn't loading at all (the 404 you see at the bottom). Thank you, ..Al

Hi. All my little icons are gone: arrows, etc, but just on my master custom theme. The child theme still has all the icons. Not sure where to start debugging. Thoughts? Thanks EDIT Okay, they're back ???? There was an IPS patch to apply. I applied it and they reappeared. Bizarrroooo.

We have 3/4 a million posts now. It seems the Unread stream takes forever to load. If I archive, will the site respond faster? I know there are many variables that affect site speed, just focusing on this one option for now. Thanks

Is there a way to remove reactions from the All Activity stream? It's completely pointless to have this stream just littered with reactions, drowning out actual content that's being posted. Hey everyone! So ever since I upgraded my forums from 4.4.3 to 4.4.4, It seems to have broken the Status Updates as to where somebody can post their updates but nothing will show after posting it (Picture below explaining). Is this a known bug or something I can possibly correct? Thank you for your help.

Hi! I'm compiling an app that has resources in its dev directory. (for instance myapp/dev/resources/front/myfolder1/myfolder2/…). But I'm facing a very annoying issue: randomly, resources are not compiled in the /uploads/set_resources directory… so they are not accessible. It's giving me headaches! I don't know what to do… Have you ever experienced such an issue? It may looks like it's because my dev/resources directory has subfolders in it, but I'm not sure. It's so random 😭 Thanks for your help! 🙏🏼

Greetings, Got my forum converted from 3.4.8 to 4.4.4 yesterday. As an admin, I see the following in my Create menu: However, I have some users telling me the only items they are only seeing Topic and Gallery Image in their menu. This same individual also doesn't see the text box at the top of the Recent Status Updates widget (as you can see in the following photo). This user has permission to use these other apps, and in particular the Status Updates. I'm at a loss as to why he cannot enter status updates, and why this menu only has two items. So as it turns out our cPanel system back ups have been incorrectly backing up our database... Yesterday I did a restore form a back up earler this week, and now we have a huge 500 error where now we have no way of tracing back which tables we are missing. Can anyone for some karma points please share a list of tables from their database? Or somewhere where I can find them? I obviously only need the must-have ones, but I don't know which ones those are! PLEASE HELP! 😓

I've converted my forum from 3.4.8 to 4.4.4 a few days ago. Two questions: Are Like counts supposed to be converted to Reactions? How do I enable the viewing of who reacted to posts? Such as, I haven't been able to find any settings in the ACP that control this. Right now I'm just seeing the reactions with the counts, but it's not showing the names below the reactions, nor is the above popup available. Thanks! ..Al

Evening! We've had to lock down the community we run on Invision as far as rules are concerned - some features available to our members in general, minors aren't allowed to use. (We're a perv magnet and we take safety very seriously.) That said, I'd like to ask what would be the easiest way to automate this. Right now our only control is staff catching minors doing things they shouldn't. This works well enough, but if it's possible I'd like to prevent them using these features entirely until the forum recognizes they're 18. Multiple user groups is one way to do it, though that could get confusing on the admin end as both user groups would have to appear iden…

Hi, I submitted a support ticket, but Invision has yet to respond. (I am sorry, stressing out as my board is crippled currently) Im am getting the following errors when starting the digest task or when posting on the board (not always when posting..).
