Hi, First of all, I use self-hosted plan, and has upgraded the forum to v4.4.5. In my ACP, I got a 'Emails Failing to Send' message, which give the following error info: First I checked the 'failedMailCount.1607bf77de.php' file on my server, I got no such file or directory info. Then I used support feature to clear the cache, the notification is still here. So I tried to click the resend button, I got 'A configuration or server error has occurred' error which also show the 'filesize(): stat failed for ..' just like the notification error. I feel like I'm totally blind but I cannot find a setting for actually showing members anywhere. I did turn of the streams for "new member signed on" functionality. Is this why I cannot find any members? The "member" search does not give result even though I know the members are there which makes it pretty hard for people to connect. If anyone understand the above please help!

I made a custom field call Information Box that is yes/no. In Pages I am using the following expression: {{if $record->customFieldDisplayByKey('info_box','display') == 1}} {{endif}} There is content inside the if statement. However, it does not display the content regardless of whether or not I turn the ticker on/off for an article. I am using the correct reference to the field and have been trying to get this to work for a few days now. How can I fix this? I am following the advice in the template syntax help guide.

I have my IP Downloads set to create forum topics. Everything is great, however if a custom member field is left blank, the field will show as "Guest" when the topic is created. Here is the code, I am wondering if I can enclose it with some sort of logic to check if the field exists before echoing it out to a forum post. I attempted to make a custom widget that uses the same template as the Club Activity Widget, but it does not work. When I go on the Clubs page, I see activity; when I look at the custom widget on another page, it says there is none. Is there any way to make a widget that displays recent group activity for groups the user is in?

I've tried everything to get rid of this, but to no avail? Any thoughts? I'm getting it on both mobile and desktop/laptops on Google Chrome. Any thoughts on how to disable this from the Invision forums side of things, or is this just a Google Chrome issue to be resolved in the settings somewhere?

Is it possible to have UPS integration with Invision Community? This way we could easily have shipping prices for things shipped domestically or internationally? Also, we want it so we can ship things internationally, but that requires customs forms...is there a solution for that?

Hello, I installed a password manager yesterday to force my members to change their password. Now when they try to log in (after they change the password) they get this http://prntscr.com/onkkh1 I also get that message too. ACP says this: http://prntscr.com/onkkyi Any advice?

Hello! Is there an option (or plugin/app) to restrict how many images a usergroup can post? Like I get there is an option for setting maximum gallery images per album but I am talking more like per day or per upload. At the moment my gallery seems to be getting spammed with many images. Is there any way to nest forums (or other content types) in Clubs? Similar to the normal forums index. Like if I navigate to Forums in a Club, there would be a forum index with a number of forums, instead of just a direct space for threads.

Hey, Im a CiC customer I’m having trouble uninstalling the videos app from Devfuse. After uninstalling from applications and trying to reinstall the application I get this error. I am waiting for Stoo2000's Bounce Update that will work with Amazon SES. Until then I am trying to stop sending emails to users that are bouncing emails. What is the best way to make sure no emails are being sent to a user that continually bounces emails?

I have a very complex website, and the main focus of my website is my sub-communities (which I am hoping to use Clubs for, as @bfarber suggested -- it seems like a perfect fit). However, my website is already very fragmented. I have a lot of different content areas (news, wiki, etc.) and I want the forums to be the focus. Beyond the actual Clubs, I have tons of general discussion and off topic forums that I want used, too. So I wanted to combine Clubs + Forums. Hi! I have used the translate feature to change every instance of the word Club to Group. This is because my website is a Club (a collegiate gaming club), so using "Club" is not the right word for sub-clubs (hence, using Group). But the URL is still https://argogaming.org/clubs/ -- how can I change that to /groups/ instead?

Now that I've been running 4.4.x for a month, one issue that comes up repeatedly is managing quotes while composing a message. It seems quite difficult to split a quote. The only way I've been able to do it is to press ENTER twice at the end of a paragraph. However, I don't see a way to split a quote at any arbitrary location. Surely there is a way to do this? If not, can this be added in some future version? I am aware that you can select text in a previous reply and then click the "Quote selection" button that appears. However, sometimes you just want to quote an entire post and then inject your responses as necessary. Thanks in advance for any insight.…

Hi I have several members reporting intermittent, but fairly regular, especially replies. Buttons like the quote button not working, search fields etc. In the reply box at the bottom of topics, clicking in it would do nothing. The editor doesn't even appear. I have seen these issues on Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari. Here is a topic I cannot seem to reply to on any platform, mobile, tablet or PC: https://forums.songstuff.com/topic/51988-what’s-wrong-with-being-commercial/ I have cleared cache. Any other ideas? Strange effect on my live site after upgrading to 4.4.5. Guest Permissions - "Post New Topics" and "Reply To Topics" not working. I stopped these permissions on my site a long time ago, but now it does not matter - with and without permissions guests have the right to publish both in Forums and Pages. And with the permissions suspended ... I tried - full upload of files on 4.4.5, several times "Something isn't working correctly", also "Rebuild Search index" - without change. Other permissions work. I don't use 3rd party plugins The strange thing is that this issue is not in the test site. I ask before I submit a ticket support - Does anyone have an idea?

I would like to change the error given when I use the SITE ONLINE? feature, when it's OFF a 503 is given and I would like to change that to something else, support flat out told me it's a customization and that their staff don't just support their customers, even though all I asked them is where the file responsible for this function is...... NOTE FOR SO CALLED SUPPORT : I didn't ask you to help me change it, I asked where is it located, really great support :P JOKE!
