Hello, can I restrict or create different toolbars for assign to user groups?

Do you mean the sidebar?  By default, no this is not possible.  

However, instead of creating multiple versions of a sidebar, you can create blocks that only show to certain groups.  

I assume it’s about editor toolbars. While there can’t be separate ones, the buttons itself have group permissions, so different options can be exposed to different users.

Hello @Adriano Faria I need what @opentype tells me. Show some buttons only to certain groups.

Click in any button in the editor and then choose the groups it should be displayed.
