Hello, I would like to display my "CGU" (Terms of Service) page and make it readable for Guests. My main problem is that I don't want guest to access website, so they directly land on a page that asks them to connect. For this I have to turn off "can access to website", wich means they cannot access either on my custom page. Is there any way I can fix this ? Cause I kinda need users to be able to read my TOS before registering. Here is some screenshots : ^ "landing page" for guests. ^ page I want to display. ^ my settings.

There are many ways to handle/store secrets (such as database username and password) when developing websites. Some use environment variables, while others write the secrets directly in the code. Currently I use fastcgi_param in an nginx configuration file to make them available to PHP, but the downside of this is that the variables and their content is displayed together with all other environment variables, for example when using phpinfo(). So, how do you solve this? Do most people just store them in conf_global.php?

Hello, Does anyone know if there is a way to make a top level menu NOT link to anything. For example, below "Knowledge" groups some items beneath it. It is currently linked to the Home "page". I would like it to be unclickable, i.e. it doesn't go to anything. Does anyone know how to do that?

Hi, I am trying to undestand when the imageproxy.php script is used. I am constantly seeing some images posted by users in our community that are broken. Upon further inspection, removing the imageproxy.php script that is automatically added to the URL the problem is solved. Hello, The plugin from stop forum spam from IPB3 broke my forum after I upgraded to IPS4, it left some fields in the db that now, when some users try to edit their profile, it gives a EX1364 error. InvisionPower dont give support to 3rd party addons, so I'm alone on this one, since I dont find the guy who did this. I'm a complete amateur, but I seem to have become the tech person for my organisation! I've tinkered here and there with our forum, learning as I go, but the app has me stumped. I've searched for a help guide or words of wisdom on here, but I can't find anything. Basically the app has been approved and I've downloaded TestFlight and communities app. I can see my app and although I can't login I saw somewhere that's a bug which will be fixed soon. But when I searched the App Store I can't find Communities or my app. Is it still being tested or can others download it to give it a try (if so where can they download it). Something weird just started happening, and I'm not sure whether it's to do with the new chrome version not playing nicely with ckeditor or what. we have the "Enter key behavior" set up the other way around than the IC forums, so that Enter goes down a line and NOT starts a new paragraph (also tested with the "start new paragraph" behavior set). When replying to a post on mobile, if you hit enter to go down a line or hit backspace to remove an empty line, it instead hides the entire keyboard and you have to tap the text box again in order to resume typing. In 4.4 I was able to allow/disallow anonymous logins (AdminCP > System > Login & Registration). Now in 4.5.1 that option seems to be gone? Even the AdminCP Search does not help (no results). All I can find is a new group option (Allowed, Forced, Disallow), but how does that work exactly? Well, it has a description, but when I click the link there, it simply takes me to the page mentioned above - with no option at all. Maybe I am stupid here, but what am I doing wrong? 🤔

Hey there, quick question! For some reason... the Featured image is no longer displaying when pasting its topic link. Hi I have about 10,000 rows of data, currently stored within an xl spreadsheet. I want to create a Pages database to host this data. What is the best way to get this data into Pages? Last time I checked only the database structure could be exported and imported. If there is no suitable solution, does anyone know if invision are planning on releasing a solution for this? Am I overlooking any options? If not... then I think I will need to implement the database within other software and then call out to that from within pages. Not ideal, but I need a solution. Hello, there. Anyone else with this problem? People started complaining that I "removed" the notification bell from the user menu. Looking at it using a mobile I found the problem: It's hidden and you have to slide to the left to see the menu correctly.

Hello all. On my main forum page on the left hand side, the arrow that says "Manage Blocks" no longer expands and allows me to add or reposition blocks. I am an administrator as confirmed by the fact that I see the arrow and when I click it, the blocks that I was previously able to put into place show up and I can edit them. The issue is that the Manage Blocks arrow doesn't slide out and show me any options. Have you dealt with this? What could the issue be? Edit: I also want to note that I have went back to the default theme as I assumed it could be an incompatibility issue. That did not resolve the issue.

Currently we have a long Google search box right at the bottom of the page. It's not use very much. I'd like to put a Google search box towards the top of the page – probably next to the Invision standard search box. Anyone any idea how I can do this please?

I have a test instance of 4.5.1 inaccessible to the web, requiring HTTP Basic Auth for everything except /api. When I try to use the new "Sign into Marketplace" feature, I get this error message: This is most likely a result of the basic auth, but I'm unable to find what specific endpoint the marketplace server is hitting. Anyone know if there's an endpoint I can exclude from basic auth to make this work?
