In 4.4 I was able to allow/disallow anonymous logins (AdminCP > System > Login & Registration). Now in 4.5.1 that option seems to be gone? Even the AdminCP Search does not help (no results).

All I can find is a new group option (Allowed, Forced, Disallow), but how does that work exactly? Well, it has a description, but when I click the link there, it simply takes me to the page mentioned above - with no option at all.

Maybe I am stupid here, but what am I doing wrong? 🤔

Account Settings-> Security and Privacy.
