Greetings, I'm facing a frustrating issue with my phone when I try to enable push notifications on my site. It just reads: "Permission was denied in this browser." I was wondering if there's a way to troubleshoot this problem. It seems that my notifications are not disabled, and Google Chrome suggests that they are "Managed by the site." Additionally, there are no indications in my phone's notification settings that they're turned off. Tried to upload a custom app that is just over 15Mb and I got an error message telling me it was over 14 Mb. My PHP is set to max upload of 768 Mb. Any thoughts on where I should be looking?

Hello! I recently upgraded both licences to the latest version. On of my licences, the "sign in as " member from the acp panel, is not working. Looking for such a permission in case thats deactivated, but trying it out with an unrestricted account (both for moderator and administrator settings), so I dont see what is causing it. And cant find such an option in the acp settings either. when clicking on the button "sign in as " member from the unrestricted mod/admin account, the login page appears, i.e. appears signed out and asks you for login. Appears Rank points were not carried over in an account merge. Not sure what can be done? Is there a way to recalculate points and rank? EDIT: Actually looking at this closer, it appears all the Actions tied to points and rank were lost in the merge.

Hello, Unable to update the forum: the automatic database update works in a vacuum before putting me back in step 1. I've updated the database manually, but it didn't change anything, I'm still stuck in step 1, with the same process... This does not generate an error log or a system log I have PHP 8.0.28, I cleared the system cache, I have disabled the hooks and set the default theme. Do you have any idea what I could do?

I can't get my license to activate in any way tried everything and also reset the password, and it doesn't always get me the message below When I give the license key, I get this, I ever purchased an SSL to make sure everything is okay. Hi, every now and then I get a message in the IPS Admin Panel that cron jobs are not running properly. I would like to add that on the server side everything is set up correctly and there are no error logs, while IPS from time to time, not often, shows a message that cron is not working.

My client tells me he has uploaded videos to his forum many times but has recently been getting a 200 error when attempting to upload. I have checked the server logs and don't see any recent errors, nor do I see any errors ever with a code of 200. To my knowledge, a 200 means "OK, the request has succeeded" to paraphrase it, whereas here the message being returned is something along the lines of "Sorry, an unknown server error occurred when uploading this file." What's going on here and what should I suggest to my client?

I have version 3.3.6 of @stoo2000's great application Trader Feedback System: It was all working perfectly, however since upgrading to PHP 8.x and the latest forum software the profile tabs have stopped appearing (though have been no change to the user group settings) and when I go to Community > Trading Feedback > Settings, I get the following error: There were a few resent errors on my board with things that needed some fields in the database to be removed or old plugins to be removed. Do anyone know what could be causing the above error? Thanks in advance again to the great support of the invision support forum!

I have been looking everywhere but did not find some way to customize this: On the index page of my website I have categories and within them the various forums are listed. However, some forums have multiple subforums. This leads to the pretty ugly effect that ALL of their subforums are also listed on the index page, creating some huge blocks here and there. Where can I customize that I only want to see the categories and forums but not also the subforums?

Been wanting to update my site for a while to the current version of IPB, however, whenever I switch to the required PHP 8.0 or above (I tried both 8.0 and 8.1) the site will work as typical for a bit but eventually will start giving error 500 on both the site and admin panel, this break happens immediately if I goto admin panel's support page and click clear the system cache. Switching back to PHP 7.4 fixes it right away. I've tried disabling all 3rd party apps and plugins and switching the default theme. The same result happens soon as I switch to PHP 8.0+ I'm using nginx webserver and Redis for system caching. The only output I got in the nginx error log…

Hi, Today a user report he tried to reset his password, but did not get any email to confirm the rest, I send him force password rest and still nothing. I have account with me.com so I test on that, same thing no email received, the problem now it rest the password and that it, I had from the admincp to change the password for be able to login. For the past few days we had some members reporting when we send them password reset they never receive email. Thanks.

Notifications are not sending since upgrading to PHP 8.x and the latest forum software. If I click on run manually they are updating incredibly slowly. Like 0.01% 0.02% etc at a time. Cron is set up correctly and working on the server apparently. Any idea what may be causing this notifications to not send, and any idea how to fix? Many thanks in advance.

Hello, I add the Email object and Text inside the body. Then I click Save, the page refreshes but get stuck. If I refresh nothing happens. If I go back in my Bulk Emails List, the Email is not saved. I did the last update 1 week ago and this is the first Email I'm sending out. Before it was working well. Maybe we have a bug? Let me know, bests.

Hello, and I hope you all had a very happy St. Patty's Day! I have been with IPB, now IPS since 2004 and I am glad I have. Thank you. Unfortunately, I am not a Technician. I do think I run a good Forum tho. I am trying to get rid of the WP that a tech attached to my Forum but I was told it would destroy my Forum itself.
