Hi, I dont know about you guys, but viewing IP gallery pictures is not the best experience. Mostly when pictures are taken in big resolution and monitor simply resizes the photo to fit in the screen. Thus you can miss a lot of details unless you lick on view full size and open a new window. Thats very irritating. Why wont you consider opening pictures just like here? https://www.skelbiu.lt/skelbimai/canyon-grandcanyon-al-6-9-10kg-27785509.html Dont be scared of not english language, but just lick once on the picture on the right and once again when it is displayed already in full. you can scroll up and down to see in full detail. I added a couple of the downloads widgets to my site home page and it brought my server to it's knees. Turns out those little thumbnails are actually full sized images. Whats worse is my users like to upload animated gifs. The animated gifs help their screen shots look more appealing and bring them more sales. The bad news is my home page using the downloads widgets was 60MBs!!!!! I removed the widgets which I wish I didn't have to, but I don't have much of a choice. Although, my downloads files page is still hard to load. ugh .. this is not going well for me. Wish these would resize and optimize.

Hello, I love it that you guys support Stripe as gateway, but unfortunately, you guys have only added credit card payments. Stripe supports a few more payments other than credit card: iDeal, SOFORT banking and a few other payment options. Since my forum is European based, I really need to support iDeal and SOFORT banking atleast as plenty of my users are from the Netherlands or Germany and iDeal/SOFORT banking is what they use there. So I am missing out on quite abit of income. Hello, Since the 1.4.x the display names have been removed. However my community need this feature and we can't move forward with 1.4.x without it. Having the login name private unique and different from the public name (display name) is a security feature. Also, since email can be modified, the only way to identify a member is the login name. We really need this to be up again, we still run with the 1.3.9 version because of it. I hope we aren't the only one in a dead end.

The "Flag as spammer" button in the admin area makes it too easy to wreck a user's account, with no just-as-easy path to undoing it. A single click disables the account and hides all of its content, and clicking the "un-flag as spammer" button does not roll most of it back. I'm opening this thread today after accidentally clicking flagging a user led to manually going through a user's entire post history to unhide everything. With how easy and destructive it is to perform the "flag as spammer" action, to protect against accidents, I'm requesting that the "un-flag as spammer" button be improved to fully undo the "flag as spammer" action. right side to Seachbox "Search in forums , search in this thread , search members .." everytime we have to click on that to get options... headeche comes . in modern days people become more lazy to click always ....... make it mouseover .. just keep mouse on it .. options should come........... also a mouseover for notifications also will be good and painless.

Having some control over the tags visual appearance would be nice. Right now they clash with our design pretty hard, and there isn't much I can do to fix it besides a 3rd party plugin. Even just the color and transparency would be enough, but the option to have rounded corners and no pointy-tip wouldn't hurt if possible

I took a quick spin through the blogs thinking you guys may have already discussed this, but couldn't find anything. One thing that I think has really helped improve the aesthetics of the web generally, and is a trend I'm quite keen to seen continue to be embraced, is the font renaissance that has led to web design being particularily focused on clean, readable fonts. Hey guys, Currently my site uses the Status Updates page on 4.0 as the homepage. My users can post brand new status updates right from the status updates page. In IP 4.1, I noticed that there is no way to post NEW status updates to the status updates page here: https://community.invisionpower.com/discover/4/ It appears you can only reply to status updates. Unless I'm missing it, when we have child themes can there be an option to inherit the changes made from the parent themes? Sometimes I have several copies of a theme and it's a task to update theme one by one. Thank you!

IPS doesn't have a "follow" option for reported content in the same way it has for topics. Our moderators want to select which reports to follow, so they are notified whenever someone posts a comment to that report. Thanks!

On the ancient Ikonboard software there was a Moderator Watch function where you could apply an "eye" icon to a Topic that had potential to erupt or go off the rails. It was only seen by Admins and Moderators. Back in the day I found that helpful to keep track of potentially problem Topics as I cruised the Forums as Moderator. I wish it was available on IPS Forums....unless there is something similar that I am missing.

I apologize if this is the already mentioned... I want to explain an idea... to explain briefly... We are all witnesses that the greatest part of the visit today comes across phone/tablet...ie. via the mobile version. Today, all visitors regardless of whether the Forum visited via desktop or mobile device, opens the same index page. For example...my Forum: Desktop: Mobile: Visitors does not immediately receive the content. They get only a list, the structure of the Forum. This is particularly important for Guests of the Forum. There is a new odd behaviour when changing the category for Downloads files, you get redirected back to the original category rather than the file you just edited. This has added a lot of extra steps and frustation to managing a Downloads centric site. Is there any logic to this?

The Event Stream for the calendar should list all upcoming events, and not only the events that are happening in the month of the calendar you are on. Or at least have that as an option.

Here's a few small features I've been thinking about that should really be considered out of the box. 1) Redirect guests to login page when no permission is triggered instead of showing an error page. 2) Make 404 error inline instead of plain text. 3) Add the option to disable file versions per category in ip.downloads. 4) Add biggest contributor (Posts, Uploads and Engagements) option to leaderboard instead of just most liked content. 5) Add option to grant complementary time to nexus host accounts without having to adjust expiration date and excluding grace period. When you click on the Vote button in a form, a reply popup be shown where the voter can include an optional comment to be posted along with their vote being recorded (similar to the Report Post dialog). The popup could also show the questions and the answers selected and not actually post the vote until the popup has been submitted. As it is now, the voting and the commenting are independent actions (with many people not bothering to comment after voting). This small change might result in more people explaining why they voted the way they did in the poll or to add more details about their vote.

Right now when you are creating an event, if it is a few months ahead you need to choose start date, scroll all the way to the correct start date, then when you select the end date you need to do all the scrolling again. Most modern websites (flight booking, hotel booking, etc) automatically scroll the calendar of the end date to the selected start date, so you can save a little bit of scrolling. It also prevents you from selecting end date before the start date by graying out the dates before the start date. Anyway, it is a minor annoyance in the Calendar app, but an annoyance nonetheless...

Many of us use cloudflare, if we could have www.market.mysite.com we could then diasable cloudflare for just the downloads app and bypass cloudflares 100mb upload limit. ("market" being the sub domain in this case) Plus it's a nice URL for organizing the site.

I am faced with a difficult problem. I need to host several large files on my forums that collectively add up to hundreds of gigabytes (eventually). I can't host them on the raw file system, as I don't have the bandwidth to support the downloads. S3 is going to be too expensive also. The cheapest option is one drive for business. But it doesn't look like it's a supported file storeage option. Are there any plans to add something like this? Thank you

Hey Team, I feel that its quite redundant to have the home page of your store display a un-removable widget that displays commerce categories off to the right of your store when right on the centre of it all still on the home page, it displays your categories followed with a picture (this can be seen in picture 1 below). its very best idea if ipb introduce New Topic / Reply Ratio system , will Minimum then Spammer and Spammer Reply . Ratio: The ratio is Threads divided by Replies (your Threads / your Replies). The REST API is a great feature that allows you to easily interface with the functions of IPS Community Suite programmatically from an external system. We are adding more endpoints in 4.2 to the REST API so please let us know any functions you would like to see. If none of this make sense to you then feel free to ignore
