Hello, Today I asked my managed dedicated hosting to install Memcached in my server, but even after installation I can't enable as caching mode via AdminCP (the box is unclickable). Maybe the host installed the wrong version ? Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and added Commerce. Do I need to download the entire package and upload those files and run the updater? I am on the current version now, but Commerce is new. I don't see a way to download just that. Thanks

Hello, I'm using the latest version of invision and when I add blocks such as latest threads on the forums home it resets after a day or so and removes itself. Has this happened to anyone else. It's annoying. I removed admits temporarily to see if they were doing it but even when I was the only admin after a day or two the latest posts would disappear abd I'd have to add it again. Many thanks. Ps it's not just the latest posts, I is anything, so I could have gallery images on the side bar on the forum home and they would disappear.

What is the correct way (step by step) to make sure a subscription is set to auto-renew via PayPal? I have a google ad in the sidebar. This displays in the top right. How can i add another google ad further down the sidebar. I would like the google ad to be created in the IPS advertisements feature. I can define a custom location, but not sure how to create a location that is in the sidebar further down under under several other widgets Would be good if IPS Advertisements were a widget you could drag and drop into location...

I put a advertisement widget on sidebar. I am using the staff page as a clan roster(not ideal but until some one comes up with one it is what it is). Lately when I add someone to the staff page it is not showing their group. Was working flawlessly until about a week ago. Any ideas how to get this working again?

ok it appears that my 'conversion' from years ago just was not complete or failed but I have been running IPB for a long time but i still get people trying to find ancient posts. i can find old posts in the old database but simply don't exist in the live IPB. I still have my conversion table but even that isn't 100% accurate to figure out the translated ID numbers. Is there any way to figure to how to restore as they are reported missing posts?

Good evening I have been trying to update my forums IPB4, they haven't been updated for some time (July/Aug). From the information displayed in the Dashboard area it lists the updates and then the download option. I have downloaded the file, extracted it, uploaded it and started the update process done the login, system and licence check but when it goes to applications I get the following message. "There are no applications available to upgrade" I have asked via the support ticket system for assistance but keep getting told to check the client area I do this and can't find the updates.

I just made a fresh install of IPS 4.1.4.1 on my local machine. I also set it to developer mode, since I intend to work on some applications. Now I want to create a new application. I fill in the form as follows: Then clicking 'Save' gives me this: The main error reads 'UnderflowException lang_not_exists____app_gmsc'. So how can this be solved? This is the first action I've performed after the install of IPS and added the devtools, so the install is completely vanilla. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I thought themes were supposed to auto update except for custom.css (for those that only used that file). i.e. An update would overwrite anything that hadn't been changed. Even the IPS Support one I just created doesn't include the changes here. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

The IPS has built-in tabs, such as the best authors. How to make tabs with other information? For example with the latest reports from the different sections? Or somehow HTML / PHP code? What is the principle standard tabs work?
