Adding Commerce

I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and added Commerce.

Do I need to download the entire package and upload those files and run the updater?  I am on the current version now, but Commerce is new.  I don't see a way to download just that.

Download the whole suit and just upload the files within the app folder you want or just upload the whole directory.
