Is there a way to limit how many times members can start new topics in a single forum, but otherwise let the post normally on all the rest? I see settings on a per-group basis, but no such restrictions on a per-forum basis. Am I missing something?

Not sure what drove this to occur, but one of my users just noted that both of these links now error out. Any ideas where to correct this? I don't want to revert to default, but there really isn't any configuration fields in the Menu manager to edit. Could it have something to do with simple urls? hello , i have a question , as you know ips have option storage with s3 amazon service , but i wish to know if ips can use other storage service or just for s3 ? i dont talk about ftp option , Because i see have some storage service is more cheap than s3 amazon , i"d like to use it with my ips storage Thanks

Hi, I'm observing different weird behavior since the upgrade to 4.1.8.1 Maybe you can tell me, where to switch options on/off, or if they are totally gone... LIKES, REPUTATION & COUNTER: There is a new counting system for LIKES. In earlier times, we've only been able to like regular posts in a forum. Hello, I created an advertisement and chose the option to place it just below the header. While in desktop view, it shows up fine. Once it goes into mobile view, the ad disappears. Is there any way to have mobile view show that ad while in mobile view? Resizing the browser on the desktop, I can see the ad being resized dynamically without an issue but once the browser is small enough to make mobile view kick in, the ad disappears. I verified this by accessing the website on my cell phone. It does not appears in my phone, which of course is in mobile view. Thanks for any help.

I keep getting this error: 4S123/1 The Mandrill credentials you supplied appear to be invalid or incorrect. Please check your Mandrill Username and Mandrill API Key and try again. However, Mandrill works with my Wordpress installation just fine. It is failing only with IPB

Is there anything I can do about this onslaught of robots crawling my site? Can I block an entire country? I looked up the ip address and this is the information I retrieved. baiduspider-180-76-15-15.crawl.baidu.com I thought there was a way to ban IP Address's but I cannot find the feature in ACP to do so. Quick question, I currently have my IPS Suite installed in a subdomain (http://subdomain.mywebsite.com). If I wanted to change everything to run off of http://www.mywebsite.com, is it as simple as moving the entire installation folder/files to my root folder and making the changes to root folder within the config.php file to point to www.mywebsite.com? Or are there other changes I need to make?

We want to build a text filter into our listing tables. By this I mean a text box where the user can type in text, and then the table only displays records/categories where the entered text is a substring of the title of a record/category. A basic version of this was easy to implement using just JQuery, but I can't find a way to search through results that are not displayed due to pagination, using only javascript. Let me know if there is a way to make the javascript-only solution work. Before I changed to 4. something I remove something to stop the message text from PMs being shown in Email notifications which forced member to go to the forum to read their PM. This worked much better as many a time a member replies to a PM notification and it ends up sent to me as notifications are sent from the forums email address. How can I remove the message part in the Email that members receive. I know it's a template to edit but which one? Thanks

Maybe I can't find the setting... But in earlier times, the user count in the online user list was REGISTERED MEMBERS + GUESTS I just went live, and I have 20 member online + 100+ guests, but the online user list shows 20... Anyone please knows, where the setting is? I already configured in ACP-User-Groups-Guests-Privacy to show "guests" in online user list and latest member info. But it doesn't count on the main page. A couple users are having problems connecting to our forums, but only from specific devices/locations. It basically times out, saying the server is not (has stopped) responding. I've contacted cloud support to make sure their IP addresses weren't banned, and they said there are no problems on that end. One cannot get through via his Mobile connection (he can get on when connected through Wi-Fi though) with AT&T LTE. The other cannot get through from his home network, but can from work. So it's not a username issue, either. They have tried the usual resets, history/data/etc clearing and the sort. Just curious if anybody might have any ideas as …

So I'm setting up piping in Commerce and I have all the settings done and everything. Emails seem to go through just fine, I'm experiencing one issue though... I'm getting a bounceback email every time I send an email to one of the piped emails. I get a message stating it couldn't be delivered (even though it was) and I get this as an attachment: Reporting-MTA: dns; thebest.morrgasm.com Action: failed Final-Recipient: rfc822;|/PATHTOIPS/applications/core/interface/incomingemail/piping.php support@dragonwishes.com Status: 5.0.0 Now I'm not sure if this is a configuration issue or an issue with Commerce.

Hi, Topics tend to show up twice in my unread timeline because you have the "content" page and the "forum topic" page. Is there a way I can disable news items to show up as "new, unread" content for all members so they only see the "topic posted" as new content? Thank you!
