I think 4.1.9 has only 1 default skin for both desktop & mobile (unlike 3.0 versions where separate mobile skin was provided). Now, if I keep Adsense ads in the default skin, I suppose they will be too big when viewed in Mobile. How can I implement separate sized ads for Desktop & Mobile. (Note: I do not want to use Responsive Adsense ads) For eg, I want to the users to see Leatherboard ad (728x90) when viewing in Desktop and half banner ad (234x60) when viewing the same page in Mobile.

Pretty sure I'm missing something very obvious...but I keep pasting raw html into my posts and it's not showing - it's just spitting back out the same raw code. I do see the Source button in the post toolbar. I have already ensured that the member groups have the ability to post HTML enabled. I see no forum permission settings specifically to allow HTML. Am I missing this? If so, can someone walk me through where to find it? What else could I be missing...something (like the old checkbox on 3.x versions)?

I would like to restrict my basic member group from sending any pms. Is this possible at all? It might be good though that admin can send them a pm and they can respond to that only. Thanks if you can help

I ran a board on Jcink, which could handle a lot of custom, intense html when used between [dohtml] tags. However here, there are no [dohtml] commands, and when I strip them and put the code into the 'Source' button field, the HTML functionality also gets stripped way down. For example, accordian tabs, newspaper layouts, etc. all vanish, but it's HTML design that's nonfunctional. Is this expected? Is there anyplace which walks through what HTML is handled and not? Is there a way to make [doHTML] usable? Any workarounds?

I have import status for facebook/twitter turned off. Yet I have a member who's legit tweets are appearing from time to time as status updates. The person does not appear online ever, nor in the Who's Been Online list at any time, so it seems like these tweet-based statuses might be automatically generated somehow. I don't get many twitter-based sign-on users so little experience here. (I'm not really sure that's how they registered/signed-in either. The user has been a member since 2014. Since returning to IPB a week ago, I've noticed nothing but errors everywhere I go. I've reset my license URL, yet when I follow the instructions: You should now visit your AdminCP on your new URL, navigate to the System tab, and select License Key under Tools & Settings. On this page, enter your license key (or click reload if your license key is already entered), and this will re-set your licensed domain. Nothing happens. Hello, I have a very big problem. Since the last update, all my products in my shop are in error. To correct this problem, I had to put all the prices, because they were gone. We upgraded from 3.x to 4.1.9 and even with RSS enabled it isn't showing the RSS link at the bottom. Is there a way to get that displayed so people can subscribe to the feeds? I have even checked in the default theme to make sure it was a template issue and it doesn't show there either.

Hi, Today I tried installing this application to my forums: It worked, but I wanted to make some slight modifications to it. Once I tried to upload my edition version of the chatbox, it gave me an error saying it's not a valid application. I had one guy that created around 5 accounts and spamming the hell at me and my community. I have merged all accounts into one and added *@yopmail.com into the ban filter. I want to able to block his IP address that is IPv6, It's very long. Also if I added the name of "wacky" into the ban filter then if an user makes a account and name it wacky12 for an example! will it get blocked or they get approved?

Recently upgraded from 3.4.9 to 4.1.9 and one issue that is causing me fits is the new URL format. Google is reporting broken links, users upset.... Old link: http://<forum homepage>/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=<file id number> New link: http://<forum homepage>/index.php?app=downloads&module=downloads&controller=view&id=<file id number> which is further changes to the newer friendly url. I am using a database with IP.Content which is set to display records in a blog-like fashion on my homepage. Seeing as how some of the displayed thumbnails are way too big, I decided it would be best to have thumbnails resized to 270 x 270, by editing the Max Images Dimension To Display to 270 x 270 and clicked the Rebuild Exisiting Images link. It says the conversion will be done in the background and nothing else shows to confirm that the conversion has been completed. We want to set the minimum amount of characters to search for to 3, how can we do this? (Both for member search and content search). There have been issues with people having "fun" with blank searches that seem to take up a lot of resources.
