As much as I love IPS4, the lack of SSO through wordpress and IPB is awful for my community. I should have waited. Is it possible to go into the login handlers through IPS4 and connect my wordpress site login with my IPS board through external database?

Hi I just did an update to the latest Version and while in the main theme everything is fine, my child theme where I changed the colors has an issue with the new unread content view... it looks like this Anyway to fix this without redoing the theme? Its really just based on the standard theme without any code changes.

Hello ! I've just upgraded to version 4.1.9 and I found I have a few missing text. For example, in quotes, the text which says "On 5 septembre 2013 at 6:53 PM, Albert said:" doesn't appear. Here is a screenshot : It does appear if I choose to use English language, so I believe the translation doesn't exist ? I tried to translate it in the ACP/Customization/Languages, then French, then Translate and clic on the "Untranslated" button, but I can't find it... Can you tell me how to fix this ? Thank you !

Hi, on my Forum I have a jquery based popup, which notifies users about new posts on my website. After the last update (from 4.1.8 to 4.1.9) it does not work well anymore. It freezes my forum homepage for at least 10 seconds, then it shows up (it was showing up immediately before the upgrade) but I can't open the user's menu. Has something regarding jquery changed? Just realized that most of the other 4.1.x versions are showing the "Like" system and the ability to like posts and see who has liked them when viewing. My 4.1.9 board has nothing like this showing. Is this CSS I'm missing? A plugin I need to install? A glitch...?

When we have forums that for certain member groups can be viewed but posts within them cant be viewed we can add a message. However the message always shows an error code after it and also says, sorry there is a problem which I think makes it appear as though something is wrong with the site ( if you get my drift) . SO... does anybody know how we can remove these things so we simply have our own message which is much nicer and I think would be much more professional?

My organization has a large number of members who will be accessing this forum through screen readers, the text editor has a pop up "hold ctrl and right click for more options" which is all a screen reader user is hearing when they reach this field. Does anyone know any way to change this text?

Hello all, Now all of a sudden, my Google Ads do not show up on my homepage WHILE on mobile view. However, if I navigate to any other part of the website, the ads show up while in mobile view. It is only the homepage they do not show up. Desktop view, everything works without a problem. Any reason why the ads will stop working on the homepage while on mobile view only?

Just like the title says is there any way to blacklist the use of some email domains? Some email companies I'm really getting sick and tired of fighting all the time for being removed from blacklist because members are lazy. I've notified members on the site that we send out monthly newsletters and presto without fail we end up blacklisted. So I'm to the point I want to block the use of these email domains on the site because I'm unable to be removed from the blacklist at this time. Rather fed up with free email accounts.

Since updating to the newest version yesterday the quoting has changed to just quoting the post you are replying too. If there are quotes in a post they are not included. It's the same on this forum here so is there a new setting or is this a bug?

Hello, I would like to modify the quoting function in IPS 4 so that it quotes the content from the database of the post, instead of quoting what is actually displayed on the screen (just like on IP.Board 3.x and prior). Let me clarify. I'm using a JavaScript library called MathJax to display math formulas. For example, when I type $a^2+b^2$ in the editor, after submitting the post it will be displayed as a2 + b2. In IPS 4, when quoting this post, it will copy the displayed formula, i.e. a2 + b2 and place it in a quote block.
