Hi all, Is there an option to change the order of messages when merging multiple messages? Hi, I have 6 albums with lot of images and try to create an album feed block in the sidebar. I've started with default settings for the block on the default theme in version 4.2.4. The block is empty and not shown. I have tried different block settings, but not one album is listed in the block. How can I debug the query of the block to see why the block is empty? I can see all 6 albums on the start page of the gallery. I do not have any permissions issues as the albums are public. I have also tried to reload the page after the block settings have been changed. What can be the reason for the empty block? Thank you.

Hey Guys, so I am moving my very very old PERL driven database with news articles stored in a sort of CSV file to the invisionpower cms While I figured that i simply could import a CSV with all the necessary fields via phpmyadmin to the cms_custom_database_x table directly I am wondering how to recount the items to have the categories display the correct numbers. Or is there a better way altogether? Thanks -DR

When I use the promote feature to promote articles to facebook they don't come out as intended. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Sometimes they are shared correctly like in this screenshot: However most of the time they end up being shared as an album instead, and I have to manually insert the link to the article: What am I doing wrong?

In the admincp, the "permanently delete content" option says: "Deleted content can be viewed and restored in the ModeratorCP until it is permanently deleted. Does not apply to content deleted through the AdminCP." Where are they supposed to be in the ModeratorCP? I don't see them.

Please please does anyone have any idea what this is? I have been trying to get an answer from several locations including priority support. In the meantime my freshly converted vbulletin to IPS 4.2 forum has gone from 800 members logging in daily to 250. This page is being displayed directly after logging in. If you navigate from here you will find you are logged in anyway, trouble is a lot of users don't realise this and just click off the page and give up.

With the default theme; when I hover my cursor over a menu tab in Firefox or Edge, the tab changes. It doesn't in Chrome (giving me quite the headache with my theme). You can try it out on my site landing-page, if you enable the default theme in the bottom. Upgraded to 4.2, from 4.1.x changed nothing else. Uploads were working fine for all file sizes big or small. NOW: (after 4.2) Uploading files to downloads app bigger than say 250MB the upload progress bar won't start, it turns to upload failed and I get this error " there was a problem processing the uploaded file -200 " can't upload!!! Seeing signatures in my forum. I leave the option "Allow users to purchase more than one?" Disabled. Because it does not make sense for the user to buy more than one. After the subscription ends, some users take more than 30 days to renew. So they can not renew the subscription because the invoice has already been canceled and they can not buy the product again because the user can not buy more than one. Can I turn off invoice cancellations after 30 days?

Aloha! I would love to setup Paypal payment method in Nexus. To get Client ID and Secret i need to create app in this page https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications that is available only for US. Non-US must use "Classic App" where can't get Secret. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

My family is big and getting bigger, and I'm well beyond the point of being able to remember people's birthdays. That's not a problem with in-laws etc, but it won't go down very well with my niblings if the man masquerading as their favourite uncle forgets their birthday. No problem: I've just created a calendar called Birthdays, set the events to recur yearly, and will have a widget of upcoming events from that calendar. Phew. Hi folks, I'm trying to convert a huge kunena forum 5 to IPBoard 3.4.9 using the standalone ips converter. The converter works fine except because it not link the members with topics/posts. I edited a little bit Kunena.php (from the IPS converter) in order to adapt it to Kunena 5 but i don´t find the way to link members and posts. Does anybody have any idea about how to solve it? Hi All, I opened a ticket with support but they were unable to provide any support regarding the issue, so I'll try here as I have had success here in the past. We have a group of user sin the community registering multiple accounts and spamming posts with thousands of characters, usually arabic (have since blocked arabic chars) or some form of graphical based text. What this usually does it create massive load times to open up those topics and delete the resulting spam. The server also throws bytes exhausted errors when this kind of thing occurs. Hi there, Since Google Stopped their paid Site Search services, what have you guys been using instead. I keep receiving complaint about the lousy search engine from IPB and I am looking at viable alternative to be used with IPB 4 Microsoft Azure isn't supported in Canada and seems complicated. I had gotten a new iPhone and for some reason the Authenticator app didn't retain my setup, I went in to my account but can't setup the app because it requires a code, i see the link to reset the Authenticator app but its not accessible.
