Hi All, We have just upgraded from a V3 something to v4.2.5 and suddenly the Secondary Member Group is showing for each person. Is it possible to hide the Secondary User Group so this doesn't display on the forums? Q2. Just while I am here In the ACP, in Groups, there used to be a button that gave you the option to included secondary groups in the number of members in each group - which meant by clicking on the number, you saw all members who had a specific group as either their primary or secondary group. I can't find this option anymore. Is it still there somewhere? Warm Regards Leanne

Hi After a subscription purchase... what should the return url be? Is there a standard url? If not, does anyone have any guidance on creating one with pages? I have just realized that when placing an image in a block for example, the text that accompanies it will display in line and vertically centered and when the text line breaks to fit in the block it continues UNDER the image. Are there any tricks and options to forcing text wrapping in blocks and the WYSIWYG Editor? I suppose I could go with raw HTML and create my own CSS but I am trying to get away from that as much as possible and use the built in suite functions.

All of my notifications aren't displaying text anymore after the 4.25 update. Can anyone advise? Below is a screenshot of a notification that just shows the user's avatar, not the text about what the notification is.

I've had the exactly same issue before, however I can not remember what I did to fix this. Right now I'm experiencing the same issue after installing a new forum on a new server. When updating for example It doesn't save. It looks like it saved, but soon as I clear cookies it resets back to original state. Same issue goes to other settings in general configuration such as copyright. So I finally upgraded my suite to 4.2X from 3.4. I have noticed that images in forum posts went from being full sized to now being thumbnails after the upgrade. Making new posts the images are full sized however so something happened during the process. Is there a way to return all of those images in posts to full size?

Hey guys, I need your help. I am looking for the option where you can allow staff members to be able to see, when content has been edited even it was "silently edited". I've looked in to every option I could imagine, google just brought me to a topic where there has been discussed the availability of this option. Is this option still present? Because I as the administrator (who installed the board) am not able to see silently edited content and I cannot find the option where to enable it.. I've looked into the group permissions and the moderator permissions, any ideas? Thanks in advance, Phil

every other forum software is able to use different-sized avatars? I really want to love IPB, and everything is great, except this one really weird, restrictive feature. It's almost controlling. I heard it was an issue with the skin...? Or something. But I used to use IPB back when any-size avatars were allowed, and it was GREAT! It's so weird how other forum softwares (even FREE software) are able to achieve this, yet IPB cannot. Is this a feature that we will NEVER see again?

Has anyone here merged 2 separate IPS4 forums into a single forum before? You can merge a non IPS forum into an existing forum but no mechanism to put 2 IPS4 forums together. I've asked support and they have confirmed this. Want to know if anyone has done this outside of support?

Hi All, I am doing the upgrade now from 4.1.17 to 4.2.5. I like to know what all things I need to do/check immediately after upgrade ? Is there any checklist for this ? Also, one more doubt: In IPB 4.1, I have created a new theme "NEWTHEME" from the Default Theme and made all custom changes to: NEWTHEME So, when the forum upgrades to 4.2.5, any new template changes of IPB 4.2.5 will apply only to the Default Theme ? Does anybody know how to change the avatar size? I am testing with a demo right now. There is NO way to change the default avatar size. I want the avatars to be 250x250. When I upload the avatar, it seems to store it at a smaller size, then STRETCH it back out to 250x250. If you look at this picture vs. this picture, you can see the quality of the pictures is different. This is REALLY bugging me and stopping me from purchasing IPB. Please tell me there is a way to fix this. Not everybody wants a tiny avatar.
