Hi sure there must be a mobile skin/theme? just updated from 3.4 to 4.28 were is the mobile skin is there one with this version. Browsed with my mobile and it loads a full forum theme, if there is a mobile skin how do I get it to load when browsing through a mobile phone. thank you

Hi everyone, I want to know if I can set different custom blocks for every section of my Forum. For example: The right block show some of the most important discussions in "Riproduzione Audio" Now I want to go deeper... For example if i join "Computer Audio" that's a subcategory: Why I see the block with "Riproduzione Audio" content? What I want to see is different custom blocks for every category or subcategory. Hi everyone, Since the support ticket I submited on this quite surprisingly resulted in a dismissive "I can't be bothered helping you with this" response, I thought I'd put it to you: For some reason, when I visit an image in my Gallery and click the Add Note button, the note field appears way way below the image, and it's all messed up. There's no way to drag it up to even remotely close to the image, whereas before, when it was working normally, it would appear on the image itself and you could then position it acordingly. The problem I'm having is illustrated in the screenshot below (the Note field is down to the left of the Following window when it should …

My community is a low-tier community that does not have more than 50 people online at any given time, but recently we are getting bombarded by what appears to be bots/spiders that cause IPS to read as if we have hundreds of people online at the same time. This forces my payment plan with IPS to jump up several tiers. IPS is helping me to navigate this, but we can't figure out why/what is causing these spikes. Do any of you know how to stop this from happening and what might be causing it? Thank you so much for your help. Hoping to get some advice on this one. I have been digging around in google as my traffic has been dropping off for a long time, which I mostly put down to google. but it looks like I have a massive 480k pages being excluded from google due to redirects. I moved to to IPS in July last year and the redirects seem to all have worked so im not sure where the problem lies. I have also clicked some of the URL's that have been redirected assuming they were old, but they include recent topics started as little as a week ago. Desperately need to get to the bottom of this

Hey everyone, I have a self-hosted account and I spent the day moving my site from one host to the other. Everything is perfect...Till I make the mistake of removing all admin restrictions and now, none of the accounts that I have and any of the members have admin access. So, does anyone have like a tip or a workaround to this? Is there a way I can add another admin account without ACP access?

Old server with php 5.4 and mysql 5.5. When a user sends a message / you receive the message, the latest message only comes up on the last page, so the first message you see in the exchange is the oldest, and last message, which you have to scroll through and click to get to, is the most recent. Is there a way to make the most recent message first instead of last?

Hey there, Not sure if anyone can help with this, but I moved from an old host to a new host. This involved the following: Changing old domain to new domain Getting copy of old database and uploading to new database Transferring all files and changing the Global Config file The thing is...I can't login now...It gives me a 404 error. I can't even log into ACP. I try but it just loops and forces me to log in again. Anyone want to help?

I suspect this may not be quite possible to achieve, but I ask just in case. In my forums we have heaps of links to an external website that it's now dead. I don't own that dead site nor its domain nor have I anything to do with it. Is there a way to redirect our links to that site to a different website? (other than changing them manually)

Hello all, I am curious about how I can get a custom field that I have created to appear as a column in the Clubs section of AdminCP. Hi, I started migrating from vb4, but running the converter is extremely slow. I started migrating our 9 million members, and this process took 10 days. While extremely slow, I thought this was okay, now I just need to put the forums in read-only mode, and the tool can finish up migrating the users, messages and so on, that was created in those 2 weeks. I contacted support assistance, but to my big surprise this is not a feature. I have to run the migration all in one go, and keep the original boards in a read-only state while doing so (if I wanted to make sure everything got converted). Hey guys, I have a record database setup that I'd like to be able to search by record ID (in the regular search box). My idea was to create a custom field that used the record ID $databaserecordID or something along those lines. Does anyone have any ideas, or know exact what the $class is for the ID itself? Thanks! photobucket sometime back started charging for hot linking images, I have quite a few images on my forum and don't want to loose them. has anyone found a way of fixing this issue, or downloading them and updating the links on the forum, could do it manually but with 15000 images it would take to long. I'm not sure if this has been asked before. There are some of us who are limited to the size of our databases, for example my host allows me unlimited databases, but they are only 1GB in size. I suppose depending on how much content, members and activity going on will dictate how quickly a limited size database will fill up, so my question is; is it possible to split the load between two (or more) databases? For example, is it possible for each app to have it's own database but allowed to access other databases to ensure consistency between them? I know the answer would be to get a host/server that has no such limits on database size, but more often than not b…
