  1. Did that. Looks good. But when I try logging in , I receive " The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information. " thus cannot login at all. I've checked my plugins in ACP and ALL are disabled. What now?
  2. At this point not looking to compare - Would just like to start with all fresh, new styles/themes. How do I do that?
  3. deleted existing fb login and added it again. same issue. this is getting really frustrating. how can someone from Invision log in and take a look to finally put this to rest?
  4. That's the issue - Nothing in my ACP --> Settings --> Login & Registration shows any url with "/oauth/callback" - The only url shown is "https://www.domain.com/applications/core/interface/facebook/auth.php" which is not working when I add that into the fb "Valid OAuth Redirect URIs" field.
  5. I just double checked everything and ensured it's all up to date. Also, I'm using https://www.domain.com/applications/core/interface/facebook/auth.php but do I need to modify that url to include /oauth/callback/ somewhere? The instructions are not clear.
  6. If I was to create completely clean ips theme so I have the latest of everything, how would I go about doing that? (I understand I'll lose existing style but Im ok with that)
  7. I'm receiving a fb error "Sorry, something went wrong." when trying to use my fb login button after setting it up for the first time. I suspect it's because of the below but need some guidance. When following the social sign-in setup instructions(https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/members-and-groups/social-sign-in/facebook-r300/), it says """Go to the Products > Facebook Login > Settings tab from the left sidebar. In the Valid OAuth redirect URIs field enter the value shown in your AdminCP, which will be your community's URL ending with "/oauth/callback/" on the end""" however the meta settings page gives a Valid OAuth Redirect URIs of "https://www.domain.com/applications/core/interface/facebook/auth.php" which doesnt have the /oauth/callback mentioned above. Confused which pieces to enter into the meta settings. Any help would be appreciated.
  8. I disabled the Achievements in ACP (badges and ranks) but they're still showing on the frontend even in incognito mode as seen in attachment. Is there something else I must do in order to hide them?
  9. Webhost finally solved server resources issue. I manually uploaded ALL of the latest versions files into the same location and ran the upgrader without any issue. No further assistance needed at this time. THANK YOU for your quick replies. Until next time 😃
  10. While my webhost continues to research the resource issue on my server, they've pointed out the following error, seen in the /public_html/error_log location in the meantime: "[17-Aug-2023 03:30:32 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Declaration of IPS\core\modules\front\system\referrals_hook_register::buildRegistrationForm() must be compatible with IPS\core\modules\front\system\_register::buildRegistrationForm($postBeforeRegister = null) in /home/dbname/public_html/init.php(820) : eval()'d code on line 12" Any suggestion/insight into what this means?
  11. Thank you for the replies. I've been in touch with my webhost regularly for about the last 24 hours and apparently the server is experiencing some sort of [waiting details] issue - They're working on restoring a backup and when I have details I'll update you.
  12. Hi, I'm way overdue in upgrading my site. Trying to upgrade from v 4 to the latest. Tried to do it on my own from my ACP but received the error message "There was an error downloading the files to your server. Please download the update and upload the files to your server, or contact us for assistance." I then tried downloading the zip install package but running into error "you attempted to upload a folder" from within my cpanel file manager. The frontend of my site is now giving a site inaccessible due to upgrade message and my site admin panel pages are now giving a page not found error. Don't know where to start / what to do next. Can someone help please? My ACP login details are in my Client Area. Thank you!
  13. I asked my webhost to upgrade my server from 7.4 to 8.0. Immediately the site went down (HTTP 500 error). They found this in the error located at: /home/directory/public_html/error_log [21-Oct-2022 02:15:55 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Declaration of IPS\autowelcome_hook_validatehook::postRegistration($noEmailValidationRequired = false, $doNotDelete = false) must be compatible with IPS\_Member::postRegistration($noEmailValidationRequired = false, $doNotDelete = false, $postBeforeRegister = null) in /home/directory/public_html/init.php(820) : eval()'d code on line 79 [21-Oct-2022 02:15:55 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Declaration of IPS\autowelcome_hook_validatehook::postRegistration($noEmailValidationRequired = false, $doNotDelete = false) must be compatible with IPS\_Member::postRegistration($noEmailValidationRequired = false, $doNotDelete = false, $postBeforeRegister = null) in /home/directory/public_html/init.php(820) : eval()'d code on line 79 [21-Oct-2022 02:15:55 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Declaration of IPS\autowelcome_hook_validatehook::postRegistration($noEmailValidationRequired = false, $doNotDelete = false) must be compatible with IPS\_Member::postRegistration($noEmailValidationRequired = false, $doNotDelete = false, $postBeforeRegister = null) in /home/directory/public_html/init.php(820) : eval()'d code on line 79 How to fix? Thanks
