Hello I got this error when switching to default theme, although before that, I was working on a new theme, as our old theme was modified heavily and it is not updated anymore. But I got this persistent error, so I switch to Default theme, and still got this error [[Template forums/front/forums/topicRow is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] I clear cache and delete datastore files, still got this error, any ideas? -Allan

Overview page not show events properly! sorry to bugging you guys 😉 Not sure if i have miss something or not . have set show forthcoming days to unlimited . i have 4 kategories (Calendars), (note is) all event i added is for 2023 upcoming events My default layout is set to overview Only one of events are showing up on the overview if i click search button all came up . month are showing to october 2023 , shouldnt all my event show up in overview (index page) Chris

Good morning: I executed the upgrade on my site to 5.7.4. this morning and immediately afterwards, I'm unable to access my AdminCP in any way at all and therefore my site is completely offline. I'm completely at a loss as to what to do, but Invision is my hosting provider so I'm hoping that you will be able to provide some degree of support. A couple of months ago I tried to upgrade to version 4.7.0, but it went terribly wrong. During the initial database query, the database crashed so thoroughly it wasn't even salvageable. I had to restore it with a database backup that, fortunately, was only a couple of days old. So now I want to try again, but because of my previous failed attempt, I'm using extra caution. I put the long query into my MySQL Navicat software and asked it to explain the query. It doesn't get far. It tells me that just about every line has sql errrors. For a couple of weeks now the links included in emails are just dropping members to the forum homepage, eg topic/message notifications, even the 'forgot my password' link which is a real pain! Any ideas where I need to start checking? I use Sendgrid and that's all ok from what I can tell?

I've noticed an impressively funny bug in the report center of my site. I wonder if other people are having this issue; or if it's unique to my site. I'm running IPS 4.7.4 on PHP 8.0.x Basically all the options say "Complete": I mean it's a good hint for my staff to get their butts in gear I suppose but I don't think it's intentional and it somewhat didn't do this on the previous version.

I just notices a 1x1 pixel gif being loaded on my site when I'm logged in. I'm not a fan of tracking and this reminds me of some type of tracking pixel. The pixel only loads on Pages articles and forum topics, not the main page or main forum pages. Does anyone have any idea what this is? The reaction blurb HTML/CSS always shows this whether it's enabled or disabled in ACP: <div class="ipsReact_blurb ipsHide" data-role="reactionBlurb"> </div> Note this isn't the case where it's whited out, or only displays onHover. It's always hidden with that HTML/CSS output.

Not sure what's going on exactly, but it seems on two different IPS sites I run some images retrieved from S3 via CF ala a CDN CNAME (i.e. cdn.site.com) return a 403, however the majority return just fine. File types that return 403: ICO, SVN One site returns SVN fine, both sites 403 for ICO Both sites return JPG, PNG, GIF fine. I've compared htaccess, S3, CF configs from both sites and haven't spotted anything different between them. Anyone have any ideas?

So for any article that I post on the site, I have a forum post created too. Some of the articles are for subscribers only, but I need everybody in the forum to be aware of them so what I've always done is after posting the article, I would edit the forum post to show only a few paragraphs and then I would add a notification about if you want to read the full artile you need to subscribe blah blah blah Any time I made further edits to the article it would also reflect in the forum post and the entire contents would be in the post again, so sometimes I'd have to go back in and re-edit. Since the upgrade I seem to have lost the ability to edit the forum post more …

Hello, I had a client purchase 2 units of a product. I received two emails, one of each unit of the product. Why is that? Probably a bug? Does it mean that if the client buys 5 units, I will receive 5 consecutive and identical emails? In ACP I can see: - 1 single invoice - 2 different purchases I got 2 identical emails confirming the purchase of a single 2 units product Thanks

I've just gone through the process of upgrading to the latest version (4.7.4) of Invision, which has necessitated an upgrade of PHP to version 8. Along with that, I had to recompile the PECL Redis library. Everything seemed to be fine, until I then logged into the admin CP and was presented with a red error message saying that the cache (via Redis) isn't working. Having reviewed the settings, they were correct, so I re-saved them. I then checked the "Get Support" page to see if there was anything shown there, but it says that the cache is fine... So what should I be doing here? Which of the two messages is correct, because they can't both be...

I'm trying to upgrade from an older version 4.4.6. The website is: https://www.ausdjforums.com/ I can't submit a ticket through the admin panel as it keeps showing a username pw & login request when clicking through, which seems to be an error.
