Hey there. I am currently accessing domain.com/test.php There is only one cookie that returns, and that's "ips4_IPSSessionFront". It seems like no other cookies get detected? PHP Code: <?php print_r($_COOKIE); ?> When I use my web developer extension to detect all cookies, i find multiply more.. PS. I am using CloudFlare Flexiable HTTPS.. It looks like the cooies are secure, the ones that does not appear..?

Hello, We're currently running version 4.1.8.1 and want to upgrade to v4.1.10. After uploading the files the system requirements are displayed (which are all passed) but instead of displaying the applications that should be upgraded the following error is displayed: There are no applications available to upgrade How can we fix this? Accessing the upgrade directly via "/admin/upgrade" didn't change anything either. Thanks for your help in advance!

I have an invoice pending and tried to use split payment, but it throws up this error [[Template core/global/forms/number is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] Therefore I cannot use it.

I've tried re-uploading but the backgrounds have truly disappeared since upgrading to 4.1.10. Not every theme, just my default. Just made a secondary theme the default and it's happened to that one now.

After switching to SSL I get mixed/insecure content from the avatars of people who registered through Twitter (and maybe other sites). Is that something I have to manually correct or will the background sync with these services take care of that?

A serious hardware issue has resulted in us needing to restore a backup I took immediately prior to installing the 4.1.10 update. During the 4.1.10 update, I believe I saw it updating the database, therefore I'm unsure if it's OK to run 4.1.10 files connected to a 4.1.9 data set. Is this possible? If not, where can I download 4.1.9? The Client Area only gives me the option for 4.1.10.

Yo, I'm currently running the latest IPB release and Chat 4.1.10, and I have members asking if we have the ability or function to save Transcripts of conversations or writing jam sessions and things of this nature. I can't seem to find any feature beyond Copy Pasta all the typing. Does anyone have an answer or advice? ** Other than taking a Log as an Admin.

After the 4.10 upgrade (from 4.9) my users have reported this evening that the store returns a dropped connection message or can't open page .... Investigating further, I see the same messages under the ACP. Need suggestions on how to proceed - I have opened case, but don't expect that they will read it till the morning. Should I manually re-install, and if so what is the best procedure for re-installing the same version over itself ( which version should be downloaded - full or upgrade - and and where is the appropriate place to extract the archive and do the install)? Thanks.

Since IPS4 removed the undelete/soft delete functionality, we actually haven't had any problems... until today, when someone deleted a two-year old thread of their own that they care passionately about... I've got a database backup from yesterday... I don't want to restore it and lose everything that's happened today... Is there any documentation, or does anyone know, the specific queries one would have to execute to migrate a SINGLE topic, along with all its posted and associated data structures, from a backup/separate database (same IPS version, 4.1.9) into the current, live database?

I ran the upgrade last night to 4.1.10 everything seems to be functioning fine, however I have a few member's saying the background image is not showing for them. I have cleared website cache and checked database cleared any overhead. The background shows for me on my desktop and laptop on both my main account and test account. Could this be a stale cookie issue on my member's side after the upgrade maybe?

I am unable to post a message with inline images, if I just add an image as an attachment works. Hey I've been trying to submit a post on my site with an attached PNG image. When I preview, I see the post just fine but when I go to submit it I get: Something went wrong. Please try again. Error code: EX2 It then shows a long list of directories with this at the top ErrorException: Illegal string offset 'image' (2) The rest of the list is directories and such which I'd rather not share if I don't need to. Any ideas?

Is there an option to move all topics from a subforum to another? I am merging 2 subforums, so I want to move all the topics from subforum A to subforum B. Anyknow knows how to do it (mass move)? EDIT- Oh nevermind. when deleting a subforum, it asks where to move the content. lol.

My site has a Nexus Subscriptions Package to enable members to post items for sale. At present the only option offered is to pay by card, yet my site is NOT httpS. As I have a Paypal Website Payments Pro for another business, I would like to give customers the option to pay ONLY via Paypal. In this way I can give greater confidence to prospective Subscriptions Package purchasers AND satisfy recent requirements by PCI. Can anyone please advise me as to what settings I need to adjust in the Admin Panel to enable the above. Thanks in anticipation. Mike EDITED I think I've solved it by myself now

Hi, After succesfully recovering my old ipboard database, I get broken links to all uploaded files which is obvious because I don't have a backup of my old files. The profile photo's are broken aswell and it shows like this (see attachment). Is there any way to mass replace the broken profile photo's with say, a standard avatar or something?

Hi, I just installed and restored my old website database (3.4.9) (+ sucessfully upgraded to 4.1.10). In ACP I want to edit the descriptions of the forums, but it doesnt work. See: https://youtu.be/wCEuhNpU7QY Also the menu for "parent forum" isnt clickable, as many other fields mission & not clickable (in theme settings etc).
