Problems After Upgrade to 4.1.9

I am unable to post a message with inline images, if I just add an image as an attachment works. Below is the error I get in the system log:

I cannot edit a messages with inline images in too.

Everything was working fine before the update.

Nah i'm using 5.5.31, i've created a support ticket so hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

Disabling Shoutbox and recaching fixed it
