Site not working after update

Could this be my problem?

  •  You are running MySQL version 5.5.45-cll-lve. While this version is compatible, we recommend version 5.6.2 or above.
  • i mean I have this on there since I created the site and it's never had a problem

what does this mean, this is an error its giving me in my error log

Yeah thats the problem, theres no reason for the timeout though. I can access my ACP, well most of it anyway.
