I have an application which doesn't work and will no longer be upgraded by its author, I want to remove it and tidy up with site as files seem to be getting left behind from various installations. I need help uninstalling the application, it's the task manager (stratagem) by Michael Edwards. Please advice or help.

Initially it was throwing me in a loop where it would tell me that some tables needed to be converted to UTF-8, only for the next screen to tell me that everything is fine and I can continue (and then repeat). I used the CLI convert process and after replacing the old tables with the converted ones, now this... Clicking "Retry?" or "Continue" presents me with the same thing. (Upgrading to 4.7.10) This might be a trial upgrade (if there are too many issues to fix first), or it might go live. I'll decide after I've managed to complete the process and see what the results are. But until then, need help on getting past this point.

Hi i use on my hosting (OVH) firewall on panel OVH. I block all ports TCP and UDP. Only have open 80 and 443 and have problem to checking license and connection: When disable firewall totally all work. Can tell me what IP or Port must be open, only TCP 80 and 443 not work. Thanks for answer.

Been trying to add the rel =me link from Mastodon to verify myself, but it is not going through. Have added it to the header, footer and even as a custom block and no joy with it picking things up. Is there something that I might be missing?

I have had the following error in my System Logs for about a week randomly a couple times a day. This is by different users on different pages each time. Not sure if this is something I should be worried about or not. Good Morning All I have moved the site to a new server, once DNS settings have propogated I am now getting the following error Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?', expecting variable (T_VARIABLE) in /public_html/board/upload/init.php on line 1505 Any ideas why and how to resolve? Everything looks fine on the move and has gone ok. I cannot access the ACP (same error) and I have re-uploaded the files from the client area, and tried to upgrade but I dont get the upgrade screens, again just this error. Thaanks

Hi! The Marketplace icon won't show in my admin CP. It's weird as it seems to only concern this icon. What do you think the problem is? The Font Awesome 6 in IPS app is installed, but the problem persists even if I deactivate it... Thank you by advance,

I have had a look at setting the manifest details for push notifications but I cannot find the settings page in the menu bar. "[System] Configure manifest details" does come up when I search but if I click on it to open the settings it gives me an error. I'm using the latest version of Invision, 4.7.10

Trying to do a test upgrade of our board from 3 to 4 and after it passes the system checks, it starts the UTF-8 conversion tool. Gets to the posts table and never gets any further. I've restarted the tool multiple times and the same thing happens. We have just over a million posts but I've given it 2+ hours and it never moves beyond that table. Looking at the actual database in phpMyAdmin, the new x_utf_posts table appears to be full and has the number or records it should. Any ideas what could be causing it to hang on this table?

We've implemented SSO using the Wordpress plugin from miniOrange. https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/members-and-groups/social-sign-in/wordpress-r304/ We've managed to get it working effectively, except for a glitch when logging out. You can see from the attached screenshot that users are being directed to a Logout URL, but then seem to be being logged back in and directed to where they came from. Hi, For several months now, I have very regularly a blank error that appears: There is absolutely nothing in the logs: The site seems to work perfectly well (at least I don't see anything wrong with it). But when I delete this error, it always comes back after a day or two. I tried to change the settings (setting log level from 1 to 5) but it changed nothing.

I moved over 40GB of files to AWS. It seems to have gone well. I noticed a few avatars didn't make it. Those were easy to search as there aren't many members on that site. Is there an easy way to search from broken links? Thanks

I am running out of space on my server, and it's silly expensive to keep updating to a newer server. I have tried following the instructions here, but some of the steps seem a bit outdated. Is setting up S2 for storage still an option? I feel like I've done all the steps correctly, but get this error when trying to save. There appears to be a problem with your Amazon (squarewheelsfiles) file storage settings which can cause problems with uploads.After attempting to upload a file to the directory, the URL to the file is returning a HTTP error. Update your settings and then check and see if the problem has been resolved

Just noticed that all the templates and CSS files in the left pane are all missing and just the global template is in the right pane when trying to edit them (Version 4.7.2). Why are they not showing now as I know they were there before because I have modified several of them previously? Thanks for any help

I have an RSS Feed Import from Facebook that contains videos embedded in an iframe. What is generated by IPS does not allow for playing the video, but the original iframe does. Hello, It's been two days since Stripe started to send me emails reporting that it's having trouble sending requests to live mode to my webhook endpoint. I didn't even know what that is. I've not touched anything or updated anything in my community. Why is this happening? It seems that payments are no longer received in the products I have running with recurrent instalments. Stripe reports a 404 error now. The stripe.php file is located under the nexus/interface/gateways folder, it's in my FTP. See the screenshots below. Hi guys, I've moved my subdomain to my top domain, and internally all is fine with IPS. I've created a redirect for Google links in Cloudflare like this, to redirect the whole site to the equivalent new urls: *forums.mydomain.com/* Forwarding URL (Status Code: 301 - Permanent Redirect, Url: https://mydomain.com/$1) Now, I'm 99% sure that should do the trick and redirect any page form the subdomain to the main domain. However the redirect is only taking you to the landing page of the main domain, but not to the equivalent pages of the main domain. Hello Im looking to upgrade from 4.5 to 4.7 and i have prepared a test server for testing purpose. I have restored the forum backup datebase and filess, updated the forum and everything went good.
