  1. Thanks @Randy Calvert and @DawPi, we've added Randy's code and appears to work, now just need to wait for those pages to be crawled again. Cheers!
  2. Yes, all the pages are not available to guests, which is why we gave AdSense admin access through the Crawler Access section of AdSense. And it shows it's crawling, but the errors remain. So is that an option in AdSense, where we can disable ads on pages that aren't accessible to guests? The revenue is so small from logged in people that it doesnt matter.
  3. It doesnt matter what we do, we just can't seem to get the AdSense policy centre to clear these alerts. We've given AdSense admin access so it should be able to see the hidden pages that are causing the errors and they're all from the same part of the forum. Just wondering if anyone had come across anything like this before? I can't see from the previous posts on here.
  4. Hi all We recently moved URLs from website.com/talk to the subdomain talk.website.com - do we need to do anything to switch the licence over to the new domain? Our automation is no longer working and we're wondering if it's related to this. Backend alert: License Key Invalid The license key in use is not valid for this site. Please contact support for further information.
  5. Hi We have the same issue, but we moved URLs from website.com/talk to the subdomain talk.website.com - do we need to do anything to switch the licence over to the new domain? Thanks
  6. Couple of us getting this today, nothing changed recently and the Help section linked doesnt really offer much either
  7. Hi guys Getting quite a few emails from new joiners who are saying the 'Validate my Email address' button isn't working. Some are able to get it on the second send. Just wondering how or where to troubleshoot this? Thanks
  8. thanks guys, in the end we just created an html element via js loaded via google tag manager - or so they tell me!
  9. Search is not pulling anything up, but maybe someone is aware of such a feature or more likely a plugin? Just the standard button seen on desktop and mobile to ping the user up to the top. Thanks
  10. Hey Ehren I changed the global setting for Return Key Behavior back to start new paragraph. Seems it wasn't a copy/paste issue, it's just when Return Key Behavior = Go to next line, you can't add any white space between paragraphs. I guess this is to prevent lots of white space?
  11. Hi all Recently set it to Return Key Behavior = Go to next line (as requested by users). Seems to be an issue with pasting text and the spaces between paragraphs. Even when copying and pasting from notepad (ie no rich text). Example: In editor it looks fine: But when the post is shown on the front, the spaces are lost: This particular member is very passionate about the spaces here! Any ideas how to fix this? (i tried a new post with the content coming from notepad, definitely seems to be an issue with pasting text) Thanks Darren
  12. Hi guys I've searched everywhere but can't seem to figure out where I can disable the double / 1.5 line spacing when hitting Enter to start a new line - is this even configurable? I personally like the way this works, but out forum users are so old skool that anything away from the norm is frustrating to them! I know you can hit SHIFT+ENTER to avoid double spacing, but ideally this can be default. Thanks
  13. We already have our Invision Community setup and functional, but we need to integrate into our news articles to replace our legacy comments section and drive readers/commenters to the relevant article on the forum. Something like this: This way, they're encouraged to write their comment, before being told to create an account. And ideally, once the comment is made, it attaches to the thread/article in question. AND if the reader already has an account, they're able to just enter their comment without needing to sign in again Then above that, we display the recent comments in a nice looking window (currently have this already but doesn't look great: We'd also want to display recent comments on our homepage and article pages - a bit like what we have on the forum page: there's probably already a good plugin/widget for this. We could use a vertical one on the right side of the article pages but we'd need a horizontal one for the Home Page. And then any other suggestions for how we can improve the forum offering and help to drive more people. Open to offers or hourly rates. Not a lot of work, but would ultimately lead to more projects and enhancements in the future. Thanks
