Hello, I just updated to Invision Power 4.2 and I'm trying to integrate the FACEBOOK Publish Pages and Manage pages, but it's asking for a VIDEO presentation of how Facebook would integrate into the forum software. The problem is that we cant show how it will integrate UNTIL you finish this process -- and I cant get it integrated until I get Facebook Publish and Manage pages approved. It's a catch 22. Did anyone make a video? Thanks, BB

Hi, I have duplicated my forum on another server to test the upgrade from 3.4.5 to 4.2 I went through the conversion to utf8mb4 and for the most part all looks fine (still on 3.4.5) except for some characters like ‘WORD’ instead of ‘WORD’ The result of the conversion was all good otherwise: Info IP.Board Character Set: utf-8 Database Character Set: utf8mb4 Original table prefix: Converted table prefix: x_utf_ 350 tables are utf8mb4 0 tables have incorrect collations Can use 'dump' method: true Is there a way I could fix those characters? Hi, a couple of minutes a ago we promoted a topic with some selected pics to FB. Those pics are part of the topic and we don't want to create a new FB album with the selected pics. We just want it as part of the news feed like it is when we promote a topic using the fb standard way. Is it possible to disable the automatic album creation?

We have split the thread moving the initial post over but others have commented on it and we want to move those also as the thread has gone slightly off topic. Recently IPS changed the way ads appear in the sidebar. Before I only had ads in sidebars if there was a block there before. On my forum that was in the sidebar of the frontpage. Recently IPS changed the behaviour so that every page on the forum has an ad, even if there was no block before, and I did not notice because as an admin I dont have ads for my group. This caused a sudden increase in my revenue, but I was not aware of the changes, and it also caused more ads on a page that Googleads allow, and I will need to change that. Hi guys - Quick question, is there a way to make the moderator logs accessible to the moderators? The mod log use to be available in version 3.x for moderators to reference but I believe now it is only available via the admin panel. This old feature was very helpful on our site when moderators would inadvertently contradict each other's actions without knowing. Thanks guys - Chad

Hi , I'm attempting to alter the default navigation bars to a green color. No matter which color I try there appears tp be an "Opaque" setting defaulted. A mask or veil of plastic covering appears to be inserted over the nav bars as shown below. Question: Can someone tell me where I change that setting in the form of a custom CSS or in the template? Is there a way i can do a mass member clean up of inactive members? i asked support and i can search them out but i have to delete each member 1 by 1 I dont see a option for me to say check a box beside their account so i can select like 20 at a time or is there a addon in the marketplace that help me do this?

MY forum has just recently been updated to the latest revision, I was using Advanced Tags & Prefixes by Ryan H for my forum topic prefixes with different colour options set for different prefixes. When the forum was upgraded it defaulted back to invisions default setting for tags/prefixes .. Question being can I change the tag/prefix colours anywhere or will I need to reinstall Ryans Advanced Tags & Prefixes plugin ?
