Hi, we are fighting this for whole week 😞 After every try of update of any application we got now: Sorry, you do not have permission for that! 1C133/9 The application you uploaded cannot be installed because it is not a valid application, the archive is corrupt or the file and directory permissions in /applications do not allow it. We have got 777 chmode on every files. We also have zip and other files (everything is on green when runnig help and diagnostic tools). Please help, we need to upgrade one critical aplications.

Hello, I am having this issue where the system is not showing certain images on the forum. Here is a good example here: http://prntscr.com/q1zddl Also in the Admin CP login page I noticed that it's now showing the "Invision Community" logo (not a big deal bit kinda concerning). Thank you

I have 40++ forums, I have been checking this out in-depth, what I found was all my forums but one was not listed in Google. What in the heck? 40 plus forums with thousands of posts not in google or have been submitted.. They were there years ago... Years ago my site went from hero to zero and I ost everything, now I know why, sitemap wasn't working and still years later is not. The only forum listed in google out of 40 plus forums Here's an example of another category with 40k plus posts But wait, there's more... Hey. I cannot find a single method, to trace a PayPal transaction back to the IPS Commerce app? How is that possible? I.e if someone opens a dispute, how do I find the specific transaction/user on IPS? The PayPal transaction doesn't even contain the invoice id, for me to track it down. The user usually use a different PayPal email as well, so searching by email will not work.

I have a product that involved a renewal I am discontinuing. I have a few customers who are subscribed to the product, and they are still being charged. Every time I refund their purchase, the system charges them again for the renewal fee!!! How can I stop it?

Is it possible to activate or any plugin that activates the wildcard before the search term? Example: *shines -> Can't find the word monkeyshines So it works: monkey* -> perfectly finds words like monkeyshines My community really needs this feature because we need to research many models of incomplete electronic equipment. Is there any way to automatically send a member an email or private message if they haven't logged in for a certain amount of time? I have a diet/fitness oriented community, and a big part of it involves members checking in regularly to stay consistent with their diet and workout. So, it would be awesome if we could automatically have a message or email sent to them if they haven't logged in for a while to help get them back on track. Is anything like this possible? Thanks.

We have tons of user profile SPAM and I'm looking for a way to curb this. We require all first posts to the forum be approved by a moderator. This stops 99.9999% of forum SPAM. However, the spammers now just sign up for accounts and leave SPAM in their user profiles. I have to manually go through each new user on a weekly basis and look for profile SPAM. Question: What's the best way to stop this without curtailing regular user's engagement with the site?

We have a group of tags users assign to forums posts and topics. We have decided to migrate those tags to a new set, and have build a relation table between the old tags and the new ones. For instance, if we had "PARENTS and "SIBLINGS" in the current tag system, we want to change both into "FAMILY" How can we migrate the old tags to the new ones?

According to this documentation - "If your external application is on the same domain or subdomain as your IPS Community Suite you can easily include the IPS Community Suite framework and use the objects and methods made available to validate a user as being logged in." We have an application on a subdomain - but the print function is returning what appears to be an encrypted username - which isn't matching up. I'm looking for an addon/application that can manage a contest (with a start/end date) where users can submit a file (in my case, an audio file) or link to a file, and then everyone gets x number of votes to vote for the most popular files. Displaying the top 10 items that were voted on would be nice as well Or, would something like this be possible in Pages?

I'm using the built-in advertisements now and noticed that all three versions of an ad are pulled down even when only one size is shown. In the screenshot below you can see the Large, Medium, and Small images are pulled form the server. This increases load time for no apparent reason. Google page speed also says these are off screen images that should lazy load. Question: Is this normal that all three sizes load when only one is shown? Question: Wouldn't is be better to just load the largest one and resize it with CSS because it's going to load anyway?

hi, I wonder why is it so that twitter style emojis take to long to load when you want to use them? first you click on emoji icon, then the window appears with emojis being like glitched for the lack of a better word, and in 2-3 seconds normal emojis appear. cant they be cached to something, makes using emoji not that smooth of a process? anyone else suffering from that?

Hello All, We need to create logins for our customers >= 100K members. We would like to go with the option of using mysql database as login handler, once the logins created for all the members is it possible to force them to change their password on first login? Does this require any customization of the login modules? or I am missing any configurations as I don't see options to force customer to change the password. Thanks
