We have a club where a yearly membership is purchased using a Store Product that was configured long ago. The system is configured to send renewal invoice emails a couple of weeks before their membership lapses and we also have a grace period configured before their membership reverts. What some members do when they get the renewal invoice email is they just log in and create a new purchase for another year membership and don't use the renewal link in their email. What then appears to happen is the system does not link this new purchase invoice # with the renewal invoice # so when the original renewal invoice expiration date comes around they get a subscription …

I could have sworn that there was an addon/plugin that allowed this in the past, but can't seem to find it. Is there a way to have the first Category in a download section act as just a Header? HelloI just did the upgrade from 3.x to latest version 4.x today and all was ok without any issues during the upgrade.The only issue is that after the upgrade the Greek letters on titles/posts etc looks as questionmarks ????It maybe be something related to a configuration .....Can you please check it and help me with that?

In the template, is there a way that I can have a different site title display based on whether it's being viewed on a PC or on a mobile device? My site title is really long, and on a mobile device, it bleeds over the menu and navigation bars as a result. I would like to manually edit the templates to reflect logic sort of like this.... {IF SCREENSIZE=mobile} Amazing Community {ELSE} The Wonderfully Amazing Community For Various Discussions {ENDIF} Seems like this was more straightforward in 4.4 but deciphering the templates in 4.5 is a little trickier... so far.

Hello, On my community we have 2 subscription plans.. PRO membership (lets say 10$ / lifetime) PRO+ membership (lets say 20$ / month) The PRO+ version is an upgrade version of the regular PRO membership. Some people buy PRO first, and want to upgrade to PRO+ later.. Currently is is impossible to upgrade from PRO to PRO+, is this because one is lifetime and the other is monthly? It should be possible to upgrade to a different membership and after that is running out then revert back to PRO membership..? How can this still be done?

If I put 1 in the permissions settings for the group it sticks. But if I put "0" and save, it defaults back to unlimited. How can I make a group with no posting rights? EDIT: Nevermind, I get it. I need to use the forum permissions for the group.

We want to add a simple donation product that allows users to donate money of any amount. The IPS donations feature doesn't fit our use case because we're not trying to reach a goal, we simply have users that donate to the cause and we want to allow them to select any amount. We tried a product with a $1 cost, allowing users to enter a quantity, but it add a Donation Product to their history for every item ($1). It looks like this: So ideally we want them enter a $ amount, and self-create the invoice and payment.

Hi, I love to using IPB and I'm currently using nulled IPB 4.5, I created my website 6 months ago and I was thinking when I got enough money to buy IPB with couple of it's addons, I'll switch to paid one. So my question is, how to switch from nulled to paid one? Just purchase and upgrade it?

The point is that my Files system is loading all images using somehow IPS's legacy proxy image. I've looked but can't seem to find anything that resembles a notification when a new member joins. If there is can someone point me to where it is. If there isn't, can we have this added to the notification list? It would be really useful to know when someone new has joined so they can be welcomed and made to feel valued. It's not always feasible to keep track of new members when you are starting out and it's easy to miss someone. When members are scarce on the ground for many of us, it would be useful to know when someone joins and have someone reach out to them. I have 17 pages worth of spam accounts to delete and as far as I can tell I have to individually hit the X button one at a time to delete them I know there is a "prune" command available if you do a filter/search on members, but there is no "banned" or "flagged as spammer" option on this filter. The closest thing I guess would be "content count is exactly 0" however we have plenty of proper accounts that haven't posted yet that don't need to be wiped out. Am I missing something obvious or has Invision never implemented a way to do this?

Hi all. Waited for several months before upgrading from 4.4 to 4.5. Just did. Worked. Started looking around new admincp. Was hoping to link applications in marketplace. About five minutes into my new experience, I got locked out of the forum's admincp; the invision community sign in window came up. Currently, I can log in and out of the front end (and modcp) but not admincp. It just will not take my login and password. Have tried emptying cache, different browser, no luck. Any thoughts before I open a ticket? Thanks!

Just wanted to check; by default users are limited to 100 stored private message conversations. Is there a specific reason for this, or would I be fine to open it up to unlimited without incurring extra fees or otherwise slowing down the site or something? I realize I could technically monetize more messages by giving a higher storage limit to subscribers, but I don't want to limit my users in that way if I can help it. Any insight into this feature would be appreciated!
