Hi since upgrading my forum to 4.5.4 the forum on ipad no longer works correctly and cannot post replies or create new topics. Testing on invisioncommunity forum has the same results, tried with safari, chrome, edge but all the same. Top right menu does not work, reply to this topic - you cannot get the editor to work (expand or open) Reply at the bottom of the posts, editor will not expand or open. Quote button is missing aswell Is there any fix for the issue as users cannot use the forum using ipad ☹️

Hello, I just opened a ticket because we have encountered a problem since this morning (everything worked yesterday) it seems that our license key is no longer recognized even though we are up to date with payments. When we try to update the license information, this message is displayed " The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information." and replacing it, ipb tells us that it does not exist? Similar problems today? Does IPB verify the license key on a particular port of the server? Thank you Kims

I have added two widgets - top posts and topics to my forum. https://community.jackcorsellis.com problem is that they are still visible even when not logged in. Everything should be hidden unless user is logged in. I have blocked access to all other forums but cannot find how to lock these down. Any guidance appreciated thanks

So I just run into this problem. While checking some stuff I got a message that my license key needs to be renewed. I went to license key, pressed refresh license key data, now my spam defense is down. Uhhh, is there something I may have done wrong to cause this? Is there any quick fix for it? Can I just use a normal license key or will that break more? Trying to re-enter the license from the client area tells me it's not valid..

Using Zapier integration, I can see the ability create a new member in Invision but cannot see action to delete or unenroll a member from an Invision forum or group. Is this functionality planned and is there a workaround? thanks

Hello all, I have been using the Twitch Integration application for a while now and everything was fine up until a few weeks ago after a stream I noticed it still showed me online, even the following morning. I removed my channel from the application to try an fix it, but then could not add any channels back. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it, complete reinstall etc. I contacted the dev @LZDigital two weeks ago but they have not been online since early May, I was wondering if someone would be interested in having a look for me? Hi, Has anyone had access to the Zapier integration? I've been checking daily for weeks now and I can't find it. If you have seen it, do you know if these are possible: Is there a zap action to change an existing user's role? Is there a trigger when someone registers that allows us to use their email address in a follow up action? Is there a trigger for when someone buys something on the store? If these are not possible then I can stop checking Zapier each daily because it won't be able to do what I need... If anyone knows, I'd be grateful if you could tell me. Thanks, Nigel

Hello, I think Invision already has this functionality but I can't figure it out. Our situation: When someone completes a particular action off Invision (they complete a form on SurveyMonkey) I want to automatically upgrade their group on Invision. I had hoped that the Zapier integration would allow this but there is no action for changing a group. Has anyone else had to think of a way to do this? Could you please share your solution? Does anyone know how I can get access to these after purchase? I want to purchase Blog but I am not ready to upgrade to 4.5. I get it... the easy answer is "upgrade" but we have a large site and need to let 4.5.x stabilize and then test upgrade. This will take another month or so. This should be an easy thing if the files in the applications folder exist somewhere. I messaged IPB support for help but I'm hoping someone else may know. The download feature in the client area only lets me download 4.5 (not even 4.4 legacy). Thanks!

Is there a script, hidden ACP menu, plugin or workaround to rebuild the thumbnails for all the files in the Download section? I just upgraded a site with about 600 files and even though 90% of them have images uploaded, barely 1/5 shows up on the download index page. Thanks in advance!

I'm discussing this topic since a few day with the IPS support team, but we have not yet found a solution. The problem concerns the position where Firefox is scrolling to, when you have a link with a specific comment (anchor) of a topic. There is a precondition I have already found out. The problem occurs only, if there are two or more huge quotes or spoilers in the topic The browser window should not be maximized (maybe only relevant for 4K displays) Chrome, Edge, Safari, Opera is working fine (no need for testing) …

Hi, I would like to get access to the customer's last name via the REST API. I am able to get its address lines in /nexus/invoices/ but I can't find its last name in the associated customer object. I can't find it in /core/members/ either. Could you please tell me where can I find the last name and the first name of a customer via the REST API (I already have the customer's ID) ? I updated my site with whatever patch was released today. Now messages to gmail accounts aren't going through. It isn't a spam thing. It just thinks the valid accounts aren't valid anymore. Anyone else seeing this behavior? "550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. I have set up Zapier between my learning platform and IC in order to set up a new member when a new enrolment on course. During setup in the form on Zapier, it asks you to complete what information to be added to the IC record - name, email etc. It also enforces that you enter a password. I cannot get past this. what I want is for the member to be able to receive an email asking them to set a password instead of me sending a default password to them (which will end up being the same password for all new members until they change it). if I add a member in the admin CP then this functionality is available. is there anyway to make this work via Zapier? …

Can't seem to for the life of me find this option. Is this available in the latest 4.5.4? I reckon hiding the images/pictures that are attached inline the post will encourage more user sign ups. Thanks in advance! P.S. The checkbox for guests to "Download Attachments" is unchecked but the guest is still able to view images within posts.

I run a cycling site, a user presented the following: The idea is that we start a topic where people enter their daily miles (cycling only, I think, or it will get messy) and we add them to our forum total as we go. We start on Jan 1 and we try to get everyone to participate. So if I ride 20 miles, I post it in the topic, "20 miles on 1/1/21. 20 total." Then the next poster enters, "26 miles 1/1/21. 46 total." And so on. People wouldn't have to post each day. If they miss entering their rides, they could then post multiple rides in one post and total them, as long as they don't replicate previous dates.
