About one third of my emails are going into error log (and not reaching Mandrill). If I click on Resend in the error log they go through. Any ideas? TIA Jim

I have never seen such effect of dropdown menu (without multi selection) to appear like this (check attached). Can anyone please help me in fixing this with some coding help or plugin I can buy.....? We need filters for our classifieds and this looks really stupid to kill whole side bar with filter display and hiding the car brand below the fold. Thanks in advance. P.S. Good morning! I have the "members online" widget displayed, but we've just realized that after the upgrade last week, there's no longer a display at the bottom of individual topics showing who's reading that particular page. I wasn't able to find a way to enable that, either through forum posts or downloads. I'll greatly appreciate any guidance you can offer! Thanks! -DA

So, I'm working on a project with someone and they want to have a 'screenshots' field. So I'm trying to use Page's field : Upload. I currently have two problems with this. #1 - You can't limit how many screenshots / images can be uploaded. #2 - My second issue revolves around displaying the uploaded images. I'm trying to get the images that were uploaded (field value) in each separate box. Is there any way for Members to manually delete old Notifications? I can only find where the Admin can set an auto deletion for Notifications from 1 month plus in AdminCP. Seems strange that there is no delete selection to right of the list of Notifications. Even at one month if a Member has a lot of Notification choices selected they can really pile up.

I've noticed a trend with HOTMAIL and YAHOO accounts when people register. Sometimes the validation emails get sent, other times they are never received. I've had one on one conversations through email with these users and validated manually but when this happens it's always HOTMAIL and YAHOO. Anyone else notice this on their site? Anything I can do?

Hi, I have some issues. I purchased an app from market place. And i need to use html code in it. But I dont see View Source Button, but I can see it in regular forum editor. I did that. I'm looking for a way to take the replies in a discussion thread, and turn them in to comments on a Pages Record. Has anyone been able to achieve this or can offer a work-around? We've built a really nice reviews system with Pages, and as we move that content from the forum in to Pages i'm looking for a way to also preserve the replies to those reviews by bringing them across.

I'm doing a test upgrade from to IPB3.4.9 (originally from 2.4, but now I've gotten this far) and I am getting this error: Any idea what it means or what I can do about it? I see it's something to do with the calendar ... maybe it's because I did not install calendar while upgrading to IPB3.4? (I'm using IPB2.3 on the live version and the calendar is build in) I wonder how I should proceed. I clicked "continue" and got right on to next error:

I want to restore an earlier database backup from 6 years ago to recover and copy some now deleted posts. This will be temporary and It wont be public. I want to install it either in a new forum directory on original domain hosting, www.originaldomain.com/forums2 Or under a new domain name which is an add on domain under my shared hosting plan. www.newdomain.com/forums. Can this be done, if so how and which is the best way to do it?

just renewed and thought id try board 4 just tried to set it up on a completely new host and domain. I had to reset my url in the client area. Half way through install I got a timeout connection was reset. Now when I try to complete it I receive “An installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one installation only. If you need to change the URL associated with your license, contact IPS technical support. “ on the licence part of the install. Although the board installation isnt complete. I cant access the board to attempt to reinstall? Ideas ? Ive put a ticket in but they stating upto 8 day…

I am trying to convert a timestamp that is recorded when a member joins a certain group to a Month/Date/Year format output in a block template. The code I have to display the timestamp is as follows: {{$joined = $member->r_spartac_join_date;}} {{if $member->r_spartac_join_date}} {$joined} {{else}} Returns other stuff if there's no timestamp on record {{endif}} The above works well to display the timestamp, but how do I go about converting the time stamp to M/D/Y format? I tried just wrapping the date function in tags, but it doesn't work: {{date("m-d-Y", $joined);}}

Do notifications take a long time to load for anyone else on this site? It routinely takes 5-7 seconds for notifications to load after clicking the button. It's not like that on my site (almost instant). Clicking the Messages button right next to it works fine.

I'm trying to add an accordion as a custom button to ckeditor using this code example: http://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_accordion.asp I've added the CSS and JS appropriately but the button tags are stripped out when I save it. I've added the 'accordion' and 'panel' classes to CKEditor's list of allowed classes in the admincp but that didn't work. Any ideas?

I'm trying to upload @ehren. Titan theme to my VPS server. I've downloaded a fresh copy in each case (3) and each time, it gets to 36% and then DCs me from the server and crashes it. My server admin has also run it through validators and it crashed one validation site as well. Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening here? I can install it from the remote server (local machine that the VPS is on.) But try and do it over my own browser and not direct through the server and stuff hits the fan.
