why can i not move blog entires to blogs i don't own? This creates issues when a user asks for his blog to be moved. I take it this was an oversight?

Just FYI, seems to have started around 3pm (BST) today on all email notifications from this site. Earlier emails from today doesn't show it although whether images and profile pics show is always hit and miss in recent months.

One time subscription, without renewal, should have expiry for certain number of days, week, month or a year. We are running a paid subscriber car community in the UAE. Off-roaders are happy to subscribe for monthly/annual pack but car owners are reluctant for committed span. Appreciate if you can add tenure in subscription without renewal terms, please.

I am preparing to launch my store today, which contains a program that can be paid for all at once or quarterly or monthly. For that, I have five different products, differing by payment plan. I set these up on recurring payments, but then it occurred to me that there is no "end date" on these payments. Customers sign up for three payments or nine payments, but the payments will keep cycling automatically unless I manually stop them on my end. If I mess up on that, it doesn't do much for customer confidence. That’s a pretty big issue for me. I want this to be as automatic as possible, so I don’t have to manage each individual payment plan manually, but I’m afraid that p…

Please could you introduce a feature in the Gallery that allows for zooming-in, panning around and zooming out on the Gallery images displayed? Kids these days - (by which I mean anyone under 40!) - will not touch a website with a bargepole if they can't even zoom the images... I know, because I have two 20'ish daughters. Both of whom are interested in art and photography, (my website theme). Both of them are staying at home with nothing better to do right now - and I actually have to pay them an hourly rate to even spend any of their precious time on my site!! None' of their friends are interested, either... If they can't just do that thing with the index finge…

When guest publishing permission is enabled, 21 additional requests to external servers are added to load the CKEeditor. This provides a significant slowdown in site loading speeds - more than 25 points in PSI test measurements. Here is an example of all additional requests. Please look for a normal solution - this solution that you use is appalling.

I noticed that on Articles and other location on the site the author is presented in the following manner "author": { "@type": "Person", "name": "steve k.", "image": "//uploads.bmw2002faq.com/monthly_2018_11/imported-photo-32029.thumb.jpeg.6f0c7eb8386d28827d9d1b2213d3e17e.jpeg", "url": "https://www.bmw2002faq.com/profile/32029-steve-k/" }, On the topics, the author of the topic is only presented as "author": { "url": "https://www.bmw2002faq.com/profile/32029-steve-k/" }, Is it possible to add other information and make it look the same as in the Pages application so that an author is always has @type and name Google Structured Data t…

I only recently learned about these, but it is a big deal if you are doing any government business. Do you have any documentation on this? If IPS is already building with this in mind we can literally save tens of thousands of dollars.

Hey all, I want to ask if there's any option to modify this built-in feature, for example: Change the links as titles to actual links Additional description Automatic tagging Prefix with the feed site domain or other options Links to the feed but with link redirection And more... In the link for the next version update, it's not enough options:

Hi, I was wondering whether it would be possible to include some form of push notifications via REST API in a future developmental release of IPS that could be used to develop a custom mobile apps for a community? Thanks Adam

I found out that if you have a field that you show on purchase but don't require it, if its empty it still shows in the Client area even if you can't edit it so you get this awkward question in your client area: For hosting accounts, regardless if they have no expiry (for free accounts for example) you should always have the option to "Cancel" or "Terminate" the package. Currently my members have to message us via support to cancel services that they no longer need or we have to manually check for inactivity since there is no payment lapsing happening. When viewing the invoice list when you click on the "customer" or username of the member that …

The Amazon S3 bucket accepts two types of URL formats to deliver the stored files: 1) bucket name as subdomain: BUCKET-NAME.s3.sa-east-1.amazonaws.com/example/example.png 2) bucket name as a folder: s3.sa-east-1.amazonaws.com/BUCKET-NAME/example/example.png IPS chose the last approach, which does not allow the use of a CNAME in Cloudflare to put it in front of Amazon S3, or even a CNAME without Cloudflare to hide Amazon URL. I would really appreciate if IPS could change the URL generated to Amazon S3 storage to be the first option (bucket name as subdomain), or ate least to give us the option to choose between them. Using Cloudflare in …

We have an off-road subscription, that allows user to move from "members" group to "off-road" group. Once subscription expires, user perfectly downgrade to "members" group back. Great. Can you also revoke the off-road calendar permissions and event RSVP should be automatically be removed once subscription expires.

Currently only the following values are outputted through the RSS feed: "title" "description" "link" "date" I think "author" should be added to that information. That way, for example if you're using RSS to output to Facebook or Discord or Twitter, and you're customizing the outgoing feed, you can include the author of the post. It looks a little weird when you just see some random post and have no idea who it's from, just appears to be from the site itself.

The title pretty much says it. Within: AdminCP > Forums > Edit specific forum > Posting Settings It would be nice if there was a toggle switch or 2, something to the tune of: "Questions upvoted in this forum increase posters reputation" "Answers upvoted in this forum increase posters reputation"

For new members, I'd like to prohibit them from posting links until they have at least (variable number) posts. This will help discourage spammers. I thought IPS had that feature a few years ago, but it seems to have been dropped. Please bring it back. Yep, I'm fully aware of the other anti-spam features in IPS, and I use them. But there's nothing at all like this. Think of it as a "backstop" in case a spammer slips by the other features, which seems to be happening with increasing regularity, despite changing the QA response often.

Is there a way to automatically assign a 'follow' of a forum to a new registrant? I would love to automatically give a follow of certain forums to new members. This is especially important in Clubs. When someone signs up for one of my clubs, I would love it if they would automatically 'follow' the discussions. Thoughts?
