Support is good to handle support topics from staff to members or members to staff, but why...: 1. Not possible handle this app from front end. 2. Right now not possible receive notification from front end.

I suppose maybe it's because more and more people are using mobile devices to post their messages – but we are getting increasing numbers of people who post solid blocks of text without proper spacing and often without proper punctuation. No paragraph returns – nothing. It really makes it quite difficult to read – and I'm talking about posts which can be a dozen lines of text – or even more. It would be great to have some way of detecting this so that a message comes up encouraging – or even insisting that the person making the post restructures their message so that it contains paragraph returns and punctuation in order to make it easy to read.

if a mod manual locks a topic that will never allow replies what would be the point of followers. Follow option should be removed when thread is locked. Existing followers should be pruned after x days if the topic remains locked beyond threshold. Should other features be removed on lock topics? (exempting admin/mods) Sharing Promotion Rating Reactions Recommend Tagging

It would be very useful if we could add an age (in years) to use the Promote feature. This is handy as it would help sites that have age-restricted areas. Right now we are using Kevin's Rules application to handle this, but a built in option would be much better.

Is it possible to add a limited time to join a club? also a club life and then archive it? The advantage of a time limit for registrations allows a better call to action to start a group collaboration session on a given time from a fixed date. for example a registration to join a group limited to 5 students. Registration takes place from 08/01/2020 to 08/20/2020. The duration of the session is from 01/09/2020 to 31/12/2020.

On the ACP groups list it would be nice if there were a few more columns for counts. Members | Banned | Net 100 6 94 When looking at such values lumping in the banned accounts inflates numbers

A member is not necessarily only a user with messages but can also be a client or also part of a real community active in a field and with the need for administrative monitoring of each member. For example if the member is a school pupil and the administrators are the teachers. Can teachers easily share information about each member for better coaching? Something better than the profile settings I imagine.

So if you have a handful of moderators, when you have rules to require approval to post for example, every one gets emailed, by the time they get it the action most likely is already taken care of by another moderator. perhaps moderators could specify a standing set schedule or hours that cover their "shift" they volunteer for (in their time zone) when it is outside their shift all moderation emails would queue up and if the issue was taken care of before their next shift these notices would be cleared from their queue. Perhaps there could be even be a buffer between local notification and when email notification. Many times I've been on the site and get …

Will there be an option to remove unuseful information (For us)from top of that page when next version are here? On one of my sites members check new content all the time and this new look is not userfriendly in my opinion . attach views from new and old version...I know what I prefer 🙂

It would be nice to show renewal option where renewal is required rather then this message:

This element takes up a lot of space could it be moved to the first post or to the next to Mod actions or even next to the share options?

I would like to ask that IPs stops truncating posts/comments via the theme templates. At the moment, the theme function doesn't actually truncate the post but instead just hides it from view after a certain amount of characters. This will increase the amount of memory and add a further hit on page rendering which really isn't necessary. I would suggest truncating text long before it gets to the templating engine (from PHP) or fix the theme function to actually truncate the text properly.

Do you have any plans to integrate Font Awesome 5.0 with the suite?

Also a group blog doesn't have option to Edit Blog under Manage Blog on the front of site. This isn't a bug, it's intentional. I fail to see the reason for this; as Site Admin I should not be restricted to edit anything - nor should i have to log in as user to edit the blog? Any setting made on front of site should be also editable on the ACP (like RSS feeds) It would be most help with RSS Feeds to see sample of data received to confirm the thing is working vs waiting around for the task to run to find out the RSS is malformed.

I would prefer if members could chose between a) Table or b) Fluid views only, (avoid Grid view) which at present is not possible. The easy way to implement this would be that instead of radio buttons we would have checklists and admins could tick views which are to be allowed to be used by the members..

Some of my Apps and plugins weren't showing up in the Marketplace so I just "said it was custom" but now I can't even attempt to associate an app or plugin that is and SHOULD be in the marketplace. Best one to point out that I couldn't find at the time was Fosters "Trophies and Medals" app. Without the association I doubt that I can update the app since you can't download it anymore direct from the marketplace. I have a few like this that were unfindable in the association process but for sure exist in the marketplace.

Is it possible that favicons in the ACP and in the public site are different? It seems In my case two different images are being loaded. I've checked this on both the chrome as well as Edge

We can only flag those that register to spam the boards, but what about guests that keep spamming the contact requests and other areas enabled for guests? I have two-factor turned on for the ACP and it is a pain to have to go through that to ban a spammer, spammers should not take up any more time of day than is absolutely needed imo. This little spammer was sad we never replied to their spam.

This is just a UX thing. If you're prompted to or you install the app it should automatically add the community that you're adding it from. This could be just because I've installed it from the ACP but that shouldn't change the design here. Having to search for the community after the fact is just a step people won't enjoy taking.

In 4.5 you can force a reset of password but there isn't an option to force reset users who happen to sign in using Twitter / FB / LinkedIn etc. It's been a while since I looked at that but if you register and sign in with these services do you not still have local credentials?

Firstly, apologies for any typos or for using the wrong names for things (you'll see what I mean in sec). English isn't my first language. OK, let's get to it. there is an issue I came across that affects translations and I would like to hear from you guys, if any of you came across something similar. We use Hebrew for our community site and we're doing the translating by ourselves using only the built in translator (not modifying the HTML/CSS/whatever else affects that kind of thing, I'm no programmer so I have no idea what it's called). There are some phrases that are build like so (I added the brackets here for reading domfort): [user_other_act…

A badge or indicator should be present on apps already installed. Perhaps with status "Current" or "Upgrade Available"
