For 4.x, I see that you can set an auto-renewal after a year, etc. - But what if I want to sell a subscription for 1yr, that doesn't auto renew, but instead just sends an email reminder 10 days before the subscription expires, encouraging them to manually renew (along with a link back to the store)?

When I used 3.4 version, I had a subaccounts hook that allowed registration of additional, child accounts through the parent's account settings. Clearly with the new linked accounts hook for version 4.x, you don't need that hook. However, I run a mass-player RPG where users have several accounts. It doesn't appear that there is a setting that will remove the limit of only using an email address once for registration. I really need to be able to allow multiple accounts registered to the same email What are my options?

Hello ! I have two communities : one which was created with IPB4 and the other which was upgraded from 3.4 to 4.1.8. The first community appears normally on my iPhone, but the one I upgraded uses only half the space and the menus don't work : How can I fix this in your opinion ? Thank you !

Had to bite the bullet and upgrade due to an issue that no one could figure. Anyway, once the rebuilding is done, what do you recommend that I should check or do for critical settings ? I have the suite minus nexus and download. thanks

Hello ! I saw spam and link to websites for adults in my board's "Recent status updates" block... The members are not spammers so I wonder if their account had been compromised and how these links have been published in the statuses. Now, how can I remove these statuses ? Thank you ! EDIT : Ok, I've found it : you clik on "See their activity"and then you have "Status updates" on the left.

I'm trying to put together a 10 column grid on a page, with one of the columns being larger than the other 9, and running in to problems with it. Hope someone can shed some light on how this might work for me. Hi all, So I (IPS did most of the work) upgraded my forum yesterday, and I've had a few messages about old broken BBCode. I had quite a few custom codes, and I am just wondering how/if any of you tried to resolve some of the broken formatting. Did you just accept that old posts might look strange or not work as before, or did you run find and replace queries in SQL?

On the page: https://www.invisionpower.com/features/apps#calendar This image: Shows multiple colored items (Green = "Mother's Day"; Violet = "First Practice") on the same calendar? How is this done? Do you have to create a separate calendar for each use of color? If yes, how are they merged to appear in one? I can find the color editor in the Admin CP > Community > Edit Calendar, but that only allows one color. TIA for any help.

Hello, I am experiencing a bug with IPS Community Suite 4.1.8.1 Gallery Application. I've allowed the upload of movies to albums in User Group Permissions and I have successfully uploaded an AVI move to my site, but I am getting a A Plugin is needed to display this content.I was using Firefox and attempted to view it in Google Chrome, with no avail... except a clue to why. Apparently Google Chrome no longer supports plugins.... and yet the Gallery needs the X-MSVideo plugin to work properly. I am wondering if any other suite owners has found a work around and can assist me, since tech support cant. Thanks, Aaron

Suddenly, the forum is giving errors since this morning. Frontpage: [[Template forums/front/index/forumRow is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. I'm using General Statistics on my home page (yes it's the latest version) made by @Adriano Faria. Anyway the status indicated that there are a total of 100 members, The default "member statistics" By IPB is indicated that there is only 99 members! I clear the website thought support and whatnot. I have 100 members in total.

It seems that emails sent by the forum are being flagged is unverified. Anyone had this issue before? I've added DNS entry: v=spf1 mx a ptr ip4:XX.XXX.X.XXX ~all (hid IP address) Any thoughts? Thanks, Graeme

I need to allow 1 payment to upgrade many users into a subscription group. After 30 days if the payment isn't renewed the "many" users get demoted to a non subscription group. Is there currently anyway to make this happen? Thank you

Hello, I would like to translate only phrases that are seen to my community's visitors, I don't want to translate admin CP phrases, but in IPB version 4 all phrases are together, how do I know which one of them are admin CP and which are public? I could use Quick Translating function, but it would take too long and I would need to check all community's functions. In IPB version 3 admin CP and public phrases were separated, so you could translate what you want.
