How is this done? Do you have to create a separate calendar for each use of color? If yes, how are they merged to appear in one? F. John Posted January 2, 2016 Share Posted January 2, 2016 Yes, you'll create multiple calendars and select a color for each. When you create an event you'll select which calendar it belongs to. By default, when you go to the calendar page it will display "all calendars" and you can change which calendar you are currently viewing by clicking the down arrow next to "All Calendars" at the top left.
