I know this setting was in IPB 3.x, but I can't seem to find it in 4.x? Any ideas?

If you mean in topic titles (for which there is a setting in 3.x) and not post content (there is no setting for that, as far as I can see) then use this in 4.x:

Thanks Nathan. Yeah, it's in the topic post that we need it. Sure there was a setting for it but can't find it! lol

To confirm - the post content (ie what I'm typing now)? Never seen a setting for that - only the topic title.

Definitely not - I run a vanilla IPB 3.4 site, always have done....not an option.
