One of my site's members alerted me to some broken links, all of which are old URLs from when we used to run vBulletin. Turns out the converter app got updated while the redirect pages didn't (i.e. showthread.php and friends). I'm seeing this in the system logs: I found this thread saying that apparently these redirect files haven't been needed for quite a while, but it's still broken for me: When I use the redirect file, I get the error "Something went wrong. Please try again.". When I remove it, I get "File not found." thrown from php-fpm because the file doesn't exist. Does anyone know how redirects are supposed to work in the current version and/or …

I receive these messages all of a sudden after upgrading my forum to 4.4.3. I am unsure what is causing it and could use some assistance if anyone knows how to correct it. Hello community, do we have an overview somewhere in the backend where we can see all content of not-approved accounts? Question 2: Why can someone post a review which is being shown immediately after "sending" but before doing the final approval of the account, like it is with normal posts?

Does anyone know if there's a way to make it so that categories can be the thing being checked as read/unread? For example, I'd like to have our classifieds homepage tell users when there are new items in each category. For instance: Bicycles (NEW) Wheels Rims (NEW) But the only way I can see to achieve this is off the core 'Unread' system, which isn't great for this as it requires a user to then mark all items as read. That's not the intent, the intent would be that if a category has any items since the user's last visit to that category, that it shows new items. When attempting to upgrade from 4.3.6 to 4.1 I get this message, the system then gets stuck asking me to complete the upgrade, the only way out is to restore from back up. Any ideas? Never had a problem with the upgrade tool before, even when upgrading from v3 to v4 😕

So I deal with rectangle images (book and magazine covers) which IP seems to hate. Well I fixed my IP Gallery Carousel to display magazine covers properly without cropping the tops and bottoms of my images. However that has introduced this new issue, where now the text is screwy on everything after the first image. Any ideas?

We have migrated our site to new dedicated. After that, we are facing the big problem... Emails from forum can't be sent. I didn't find any error log about this. I tried test mail, it said that test mail is sent, but i didn't received anything (neither in SPAM folder). When i send mail from roundcube, everything works perfect, and emails are sent. I think something is bad configured with mail system on dedicated, but what? Thank you!

Hi All , My forum has been serving for a while But something went wrong when I updated to 4.4.2 When the user posts a reply Forum will show: New posts within a short time frame are limited. Please wait 5 seconds before submitting. And stuck in the editor But in fact, the reply was successfully issued. and when i bypass Flood control in ACP system will not report an error but Member's reply will become two at a time I upgraded to 4.4.3 today but the same problem still occurs. please help me

Hello, out of nowhere when you create a topic forum starts to think ~20 seconds. When you reply it is instant. Server load is fine load average: 0.73, at peak times. We didn't change anything on IPB or server configuration. Checked MariaDB DBs and they looked ok. IPB 4.1.12

Is there a way to allow members to reply to a topic and/or start a new topic in a public forum that is only visible to admins and not other members? So, for example, let's say I wanted to include a screenshot or something in this post to show admins what I'm referring to, but didn't want other members to see it. Is there a way to sort the replies under topics to see the most recent posts first? Having to select the last page and scroll to the bottom to see the most recent reply/post is somewhat tedious. It would be easier to have the forum automatically go to the last comment posted under that topic. Is this possible?

Anyone know of a way to globally change the word Club(s) to Clan(s). I'd like to enable people to create a club however this is a gaming forum, so I'd like for them to create clans instead of clubs.
