I did conversion from phpBB to IPS 3.x beta years ago. So what it's complaining about? How can I get rid of this errors? An app contains a hook that extends \IPS\convert\Software but it's associated file /home/xxx/public_html/applications/convert/sources/Software/Software.php could not be found.

I just upgraded my live forum from 4.5 to 4.7.2.1 and all went well during the upgrade, then I enabled and updated all Marketplace Apps & Plugins and all went well. This was all done with PHP 7.4 and MariaDB 10.3.35-MariaDB-cll-lve Then I switched to PHP 8 and forum went blank white page Switched back to PHP 7.4 and disabled all Apps (2) and plugins and modified default theme switched to IPS default theme Switched to PHP 8 and same thing all blank website What next to go to PHP 8? Thanks

I have tried to add giropay and ideal, to the checkout options. But they are not showing up for any customers. Even if they are in germany. I have tried to check logs on the admincp and stripe, but nothing shows in the logs I do use cloudflare, i dont know if that can somehow corrupt the process 🙂 Do you guys know what might be the problem?

Movies (app) updated 2 days ago and works ok with 4.7.2 (was locked - efter instal IPS 4.7.1) Now update to 4.7.2.1 and Movies was disable again. Some tips or maybe @Adriano Faria

From time to time I have members who want to leave the forum and to have deleted all images they have uploaded. The process is for me very time consuming: ACP > Files > Search by username > Select Rows: All > Click Delete Button This is pretty time-consuming and error-prone: result page shows only 25 entries search process needs to be repeated for each result page No I have a user with about 12,600 entries on 506 pages. There MUST be a faster way to delete all images without having to repeat the process by hand more than 500 times… Any ideas? Andreas

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to assign a default social sharing image that will be present on all pages that do not have a user generated image. This image will be shown in links shared to Facebook, Twitter etc and can be checked on sites like these: https://socialsharepreview.com/?url=https://www.grow420.asia/ I've seen there are two sections in the ACP that look like they are about this kind of thing but can't find the bit for the default. Is there any kind of how to guide on this, that so far I have missed? It seems like I can add <head> tags in the theme editor so in theory could set it up in there, but it's a bit clumsy. M…

v4.7.1 - have not upgraded as yet due to so many reports of apps and plugins not yet compatible and getting locked. But for 24 hours, my queue task has been locked and background processes are all queuing up. When I click Run Now, I get "The task is already running and cannot be ran until it has finished or the lock is removed." If I remove the lock, on its next scheduled run, it just locks again. The only thing I can think of that triggered this was I attempted to move around 20,000 members from one usergroup to another, and in the task list that is currently sitting at 1.6% (after 24 hours), but surely other background processes can run simultaneou…

In the last few days, we have received many payment issues with ERR_FAILED. I understand that those are client browser and device issues and we advise them to update their browser or change device and it works, mostly. A new issue arise today that the customer has been presented with the below error from iPhone - updated chrome and same from Windows - updated chrome. Same error while using Stripe or PayPal. Lately, many of our iOS users reported errors on random occasions and one of the few common patterns was at the checkout stage. They all consistently failed to load the site either at the subscription page level or while checking out irrespective of Stripe or PayPal. We checked with one of the IPS developers who recently worked on the custom plugin for us and he confirmed that his line of codes doesn't interfere with "service workers". Hi, I am a new customer on the beginner plan. I have been having loads of trouble with the passwords. Currently I am locked out as a user and locked out of the ACP. The ACP does not have a password reset link. The frontend does. Yesterday I entered the correct email and it sent the password reset link, but I couldn't get it to work. Now when I use the password reset link it does not send the email. So totally locked out. I have emailed support but this seems to take a day to reply, so thought I would post here and see if anybody working at Invision can help a bit faster - I have already purchased a theme and keen to get moving asap.…

Hi, I think I must be missing a setting somewhere - I am unable to post any topics as Admin or as a regular user. https://www.grow420.asia/forum/11-introduce-yourself/ Here are the settings currently in use: Are there other settings that could be blocking the Start New Topic from showing? Since the last patch update, now and again I keep getting a 500 error page to appear right away and when I refresh it's back to normal. When updating one of the plugins it loaded then the full AdminCP page went to 500 and can't be reloaded. About 10 secs later the page was back however the layout was pooped for till it refreshed again. Now I have an error saying "Repeated log entries" I even get it when clicking save for the theme, goes to 500 error page then refresh page comes back Update, "uninstall" plugin then the page went fully down, AdminCP fully down with white page of death saying 500 error. 2mins later it's back again. wh…
