Posted September 16, 20222 yr Hi, I am a new customer on the beginner plan. I have been having loads of trouble with the passwords. Currently I am locked out as a user and locked out of the ACP. The ACP does not have a password reset link. The frontend does. Yesterday I entered the correct email and it sent the password reset link, but I couldn't get it to work. Now when I use the password reset link it does not send the email. So totally locked out. I have emailed support but this seems to take a day to reply, so thought I would post here and see if anybody working at Invision can help a bit faster - I have already purchased a theme and keen to get moving asap. Thanks in advance.
September 16, 20222 yr Author To clarify - I am locked out of: /login /admin Forum is not visible as it is set to only show to admins. So just sitting here like a plum waiting for some support.

September 16, 20222 yr Community Expert Sorry to see you are having issues here. Support can be up to 72 hours, although we are never anywhere near that amount of time. Usually you will be answered very quickly, however during times of the change over of staff, a few hours would not be unusual. I have now sent you a password reset from your site. Note you changed your email address on that login, so you would need to check the new email address for that password reset email
